Started with Ricardo in November. My pool is looking good! Just wish we had some sort of contact, with notice that he wasn't going to service my pool, any more. Wasn't very professional.

Shared a great visit as a potential new customer today. Other companies had told me I needed a new pool pump so my pool has turned green and full of algae. Today, he told me there’s nothing wrong with my pump and I’ve saved $2k. I will be signing up for monthly service in the future. Thank you! Prior to the visit the communication was clear and precise.

I just purchased a home in Tampa and the previous owners referred me to Rick - He seems to be extremely busy to the point where his communication skills are lacking. I asked him to turn off my pool heater on his weekly visit. I found out after reaching out to him that he didn’t go that week because he couldn’t get around back to the pool. Costing me 150$ on gas to heat a pool. He is now ignoring my calls and texts. Will not be using him again and recommend you stay away if you need someone with good communication skills

I just hired Rick for my pool cleaning. He corrected a previous problem from a previous cleaning company. Our pool looks excellent i will definitely recommend Rick for future clients

I have been using a touch of class solutions for pool services for a few months now. He does a very efficient cleaning of my pool that's very large and not caged. I am very happy to see my pool sparkle after he comes. He always gives a time frame for when he will arrive which us very professional. He comes promptly every week without issues. I highly recommend giving him a try!
Update: Unfortunately, I paid for a month of service that I didn't receive. Gave him months to either come back or refund me. I haven't received anything.

We are extremely pleased with the service we receive from Touch of Class Solutions. Rick takes his time cleaning and caring for our pool and hot tub and is always willing to answer any questions we have about our system. We are first time pool owners, so its nice to have someone like Rick who is patient and professional and willing to take the time to help us out.

Richard took care of my above ground pool since the beginning of Summer 2023. I highly recommend his services for anyone who has a small or large pool, above or in ground, he does it all! I ended service with our prior pool company at the end of last season (November) and was in need of a new company. My friend referred me to Touch of Class Solutions. I reached out via their website /email on a Wednesday morning and received a response very quickly. By the end of the day I was added to the weekly schedule and he started the next day! And he came back on Friday to make sure everything was working properly! Needless to say my kiddos (and I) were thrilled to start using the pool during their spring break! (April 21-25)

Wow!!! I called Rick to inquire about his services and the cost per month because I am not happy with my current pool cleaners. He came to my home, looked at my pool and gave me some advice. He Spent quite a bit of time going over my system to make sure there wasn’t any other problems and advised me what my current people should be using to clean my pool. He told me that if they did not want to come and clean it that he would make sure and get it cleaned before my company arrived this weekend. . It has been a long time since I’ve seen Service like this, and I’m not even his customer, YET!!! Thank you Rick for being so giving with your time. Looking forward to being your new customer😊

Rick was great, professional and courteous. I texted him for a pool evaluation and he showed up within two hours. My pool hasn’t been this clean in a long time, so glad I stumbled upon his advertisement in the mail. He’s super knowledgeable and happy to have him taking care of my pool.
