Pool Masters was doing my pool and it was starting to look terrible. I had a Touch of Class Silutions come out and he had it back to normal chemical balance in three days. He was very professional and on time. My pool is now crystal clear. Love the professionalism and promptness.

Rick is amazing. Our pool is sparkling clean all week long he comes in time every time and thoroughly does his work. He truly cares about his customers because whenever we have a question he is there to help. Today something happened and our waterfall stopped - we could not figure out what is going on. We called Rick thinking he will give us some advice over the phone but no… he came over within an hour and figured it out for us within 5 minutes. He didn’t want anything more than a thank you. Well thank you Rick for truly providing amazing customer service. We appreciate you so much.

Rick is great! My pool is always clean looking, even with two large dogs that shed a lot. Any concerns we have he’s there to answer and to take care of the issue! Rick is the best! Our pool is always ready to get into and enjoy. We don’t have an enclosed pool (screened) and yet it stays clean and blue. At the very beginning he got our pool back into swim mode. We had let it go for at least two years. It was terrible! But he fixed it right up quick and for a great price. He shows up, is professional, and consistently does a great job.

Wonderfully quick and easy. I believe the gentleman’s name was Ray. He was quick with responses and worked with my roomate and me on getting our gross pool back to life and bringing the summer to us!
