Excellent installation team. Michael Scrogham assisted by Phil and Aree. They worked start to finish no breaks.

What I saw was unusual. Michael’s phone was ringing all day. It was other techs asking for advice and collaborating on problem solving. It happened in reverse when Michael reached out for help with his installation. He received numerous offers for help. About six techs were here at various times. It was an impressive display of teamwork.

Emilio came by last week to do our annual check up and he did a very thorough job and gave me a lot of confidence in the condition of our AC unit when he had completed his checkup.

Shout out to the Island Aire, Ownership and Technician Team of Christian and Alberto... The recent storm with power surge and outage, destroyed a capacitor in our AC Unit. Island Aire, responded promptly and although had to come back a second day, with a deeper diagnostic. Island Aire, did what they said they would do... They had to leave the first day, to ensure they met other coverage to individuals without AC. What they found on day 2, my Nest Thermostat shut itself off, when the capacitor blew to protect itself. Christian and Alberto, worked well to replace the part and ensure the AC was working in good order. Excellent team, all around from the staff scheduling the work, to Evan himself. Its a comfort to know we can be away from our condo, and are still in good hands with Island Aire. Hands down, solid service, reasonable cost of services and excellent staff. Thanks to all!

Island Aire truly exceeded my expectations! I had a major issue with my air handler involving multiple component failures: first the fan motor, then the evaporator coil, and finally the condensation pump. It was a complicated situation since each failure had to be diagnosed and addressed sequentially—fixing the fan motor was essential to uncovering the coil issue, and only after the coil was repaired could the problem with the condensation pump be identified.

Despite the complexity and the repair taking several days, the technician, Dave, remained professional, patient, and highly skilled throughout the entire process. He meticulously walked me through each step, explaining what was happening and why. His expertise and dedication ensured that every issue was resolved properly, leaving my system running smoothly.

If you’re looking for a company that can handle even the most complicated HVAC problems with care and precision, I can’t recommend Island Aire enough. A big thank you to Dave and the entire team for their exceptional service!

I called Island Aire because I was searching for a reliable company to service my air conditioner. A friend, who retired after 24 years with the largest HVAC contractor in Boston, recommended that I try them.

When I called, I spoke with Silvy from the Service Team. She was friendly, courteous, professional, and knowledgeable about the services offered by Island Aire. She emailed me the Preventative Maintenance Agreement for review, answered my questions during a follow-up call, and scheduled an appointment with Emilio at my convenience.

On the day of the appointment, Emilio called to confirm his arrival time. I enjoy learning and tend to ask a lot of questions. Emilio was knowledgeable and very patient, explaining what he was doing and why. When he determined that we needed to add refrigerant, a rather costly action, he discussed the process, the cost, and a test he could perform to check for leaks. The 10% discount we get by having a Gold Service Plan helped.

After completing the service, he measured the air temperature from all the vents, a procedure that no other service provider had done. He also gave me some suggestions. Emilio's thoroughness was impressive, and I can already feel the difference in my system. Thank you, Emilio; you are pleasant, proficient, professional, and kind.

Our AC stopped blowing cold air the evening of July 3rd. Island Aire sent a technician (Michael) out on the July 4th holiday and he was able to diagnose and fix the problem despite having to wait out a terrible lightning storm. First class service at a very fair price. I highly recommend this company.

Island Aire conducted my annual checkup and I have to say Emilio was outstanding! He not only did the usual checks, he also was very courteous and didn't make a mess. Bravo Emilio!

Professional in every way. Workmanship at its finest. Attention to the little things that most other contractors would not bother to do. Living on Tierra Verde, Island Aire has long been our go to for service. Through highs and lows we've always been able to get good service. Last week the motor on my air handler gave up. It was 95 degrees outside and almost as bad inside. The tech came within two hours and diagnosed the problem. Initially, I was told that it would take two days to get the part. I was leaving town and explained that to Sean and asked him to work some magic. He did - he was able to get the part from Orlando, and it was installed later that same day. There was no extra charge and both Sean, and the tech were friendly and professional. Thanks very much to Island Aire.

I’ve used Island Aire for years. Leak in house main a/c, responsive service for the initial leak detection. Determined system too dated to repair, timely solution and installation of new system.
