Reviews of local pros in Tierra Verde, Florida

A great install of our HVAC system (5 units) from an outstanding company with efficient and friendly customer service. I would recommend them every time.

If there were 10 stars these guys would get it!! My A/C went out. Made a call to Shaun and within hours the tech (David) came out diagnosed the problem and had the parts ordered. Shaun's follow up was truly amazing. He kept me informed of the progress everyday. The customer service at Island Aire is unmatched!!
HIGHLY recommend!!

We had a great experience dealing with Shaun and David. They previously installed a new AC for our unit and followed up several times to make sure we resolved a small issue with the coil. Also, they clearly explained how their preventative maintenance plans worked and we agreed to continue every 6 months. They went above and beyond and we will continue to use them for future AC needs and refer them to others looking for their service. We highly recommend them!

Island Aire has been a first class act from beginning to end. From the first visit to the installation, everyone have been very professional and easy to work with. Thank you for making the process easy to enjoy a new, great air conditioner!

Thank you for sending someone so quickly after my call. I was really stressed. Alberto was great he even gave me some good advise. I didn't have as bad a problem as I thought. Island Aire is my go to for my AC. Thanks again.

Emilio was great! He has a good working knowledge of his trade
Took the time to explain everything to me that he was doing.
& explained it well to my customer over the phone
His report was spot on. 2 Thumbs up!!

From start to finish, Island Aire exceeded our expectations. Starting with Sylvie in the office, who was friendly and so easy to work with, to Evan the owner, who clearly cares about his customers, and all of the technicians who came out—everyone treated us with professionalism and respect. We had a full installation of a 5-ton system, and the process was smooth, efficient, and done with great attention to detail. We are extremely happy with the quality of the work and the outstanding customer service. Highly recommend Island Aire to anyone looking for reliable A/C installation or service.

Over the past 5 years, I have used Island Aire for 4 separate HVAC installs, at both my commercial properties and my personal residences. They have always done a great job. This is a well run company. Ownership is involved in the business on a daily basis. Their employees are knowledgeable & experienced. Their prices are competitive. They show up on time and prepared to work. I rarely give out recommendations, but this company is deserving. I would HIGHLY recommend Island Aire, without any reservations.
