Constraction reviews in Trinity, Florida

Total professionals! Years of knowledge and experience Joey Deeb brings to the table to have the best finished product. Amazing attention to detail and the vision! Excellent design ideas… can do anything from the ground up and does it RIGHT! Love them!

Scheduled an appointment to get an estimate for new flooring and possible outdoor kitchen. Joey or Joe (he said he shared the same name as the owner) came out and measured, and said it would take about two weeks for a quote. After about four weeks w no communication, I called. They apologized and said they had a family emergency. But they promised to get me the quote a week later. It’s been about a month since the phone convo, and nothing. No email, no phone calls regarding a quote. Just wondering, why do you waste your time and potential customers time if you’re not planning on following through? Are you bored and just want to visit peoples homes for fun? What a joke.

I had Regan come by to see if he could help me figure out what is going on in my home. He was very knowledgeable and gave me the comfort I needed to help me get to the next step. Our house has so many issues I just felt lost but not only was he able to renew my hope he has followed up to make sure we were getting everything set up properly for the next step. We are currently dealing with a disaster but Regan has renewed my faith that there are great contractors that still truly care about helping people! I highly recommend Templar Contracting! Thank you so much for all your help!

Highly reccommend. They did everything they said they would on time and for a reasonable price. They remodeled my whole house; kitchen, bathrooms, all the floors, ceilings, crown molding, electric, plumbing. Because we moved out while they worked, time was an issue because we were renting while they worked. And they got everything done, in the time they said they would, and everything still looks great 3 years later. Exactly what we wanted. And they put up with me and my perfectionist personality. I highly reccomend. If I had to do it again, I'd hire them in a heartbeat. If they'd put up with me again!

The experience with Templar Contracting was very positive. The approach of the company is to allow the customer to be as involved as they choose to be which we appreciated.
The sub-contractors that handled all of our tile, sheet rock and plumbing were exceptional. All of the personnel that worked in our home were respectful and treated our house as a home - not a construction site.
The result of having Templar manage our renovation was beyond our original expectation.

Joey and his team are AMAZING. I had a few home projects and didn’t know where to even begin. They really helped me plan everything out , very patient with me throughout the whole process . They weren’t cheapest quote I received but they lived up to every expectation. Quality work!!! I highly recommend them.

Let’s face it, if remodeling and construction was easy everyone would do it themselves. It is not always a straight line from point A to point B. This is true in life, and construction. One thing is for sure, Templar Contracting(Joey) will deliver a phenomenal, finished product regardless of any obstacles in the way. His family has been in construction for over 80 years. This does not happen by accident. If you are looking for cheap and quick, move on. If you want something done the right way your search is over. I know Joey personally uses his tradesman on his own home, and the projects are managed as if it was his own home.

Templar and Mr Deeb are professionalism and craftsmanship at their absolute best. The attention to detail we have witnessed firsthand on job sites is truly amazing.
We highly recommend this company for all additions, new builds and complete renovations. You heard the phrase Commitment to Excellence; well Templar defines it.

Joe and the guys are excellent to deal with. Prices are sky high but he tried his best to keep them under control. The project was completed per time schedule (despite the best efforts of the County) and I couldn't be happier. Even the gentleman from the bank where I got the loan commented on how good the construction was. I will definitely keep them on speed dial if I ever decide to build something again.

I have been working with Templar Contracting as a customer and trade partner for the past 4 years. I have always been impressed with the high quality standards and workmanship that this company employs and adheres to. I have worked with Templar on both small and large projects and each one was handled meticulously down to the finest detail. I would highly recommend Mr. Deeb and his company to anyone who may be in need of home, bath, and kitchen remodeling as well as home and garage additions.

Joey and his team are the best, we had been looking for a contractor to take on our addition pool install outdoor areas, most people wouldn’t even follow up after, maybe it was to much for them, not sure..
not only did they knock this out of the park, but my wife isn’t easy to make happy and she loved them throughout the whole process..
I can’t recommend these guys enough.. thanks for making our home beautiful.

We contracted with Templar to remodel our entire home. Everything. That included a reimagined and re-engineered kitchen and great room, a new bathroom, and starting from scratch in our existing bathrooms. We moved walls, windows, doors, headers, electrical, plumbing, etc. Regan, Joey, Joe, and everyone we encountered at Templar are hard working, dependable, honest, and thorough. We had high expectations for our home and we were blown away by the result. This was a big project and we uncovered some challenges as we went along. Templar was flexible and worked with us to get the best possible outcomes. We’ve had some supply chain challenges just like everyone else and Templar is still showing up after the job is “substantially complete” to make things right or install something that has taken months to arrive like lights or ceiling fans.

We’ve been so happy with their work that we’ve signed another contract with them to work on our back porch. We highly recommend their work and we’re friends with them after completion.

I’ve had the pleasure of working with Templar Contracting on home renovation project for the last four years. We are very selective on which contractors we work with making sure they have the same morals as we do. Templar is professional, courteous, and dedicated to ensuring that every aspect of the project exceeded the customers expectations, they go above and beyond to ensure that the customer has a great experience. I highly recommend them for all your home renovation work.

I have personally worked work with Templar for years now. I say that to say, this review is long overdue!

Time is the best teller of truth and Templar Contracting has always been good to me so the least I could do is leave a WELL DESERVED 5 star review!

Thanks for everything Joey and the Templar Contracting Team! Looking forward to more years to come!

We took a long time to meet with different companies to redesign our kitchen. Templar was by far the most professional and honest group we had in. Everything we felt and every expectation we had in our initial meeting was met with the work that they did. They went above and beyond and did everything fulfill our requests. We were so happy we used them to build our broadcast studio and that came out better than we could have ever imagined! Thank you!

I cannot say enough good things about this company! My Husband and I bought a home 6 months ago. After many bad experiences with contractors that did not show up, did sub par work that left my home in complete chaos, I reached out to Templar. They were extremely responsive and professional. The quality of work is very distinguishing and we could not be happier! They have been absolutely amazing! Do yourself a favor and hire them. You will save yourself time, money and stress. There is definitely a difference between a Templar home and any other contractor.

Joey and his staff were absolutely professional throughout our whole construction process! Dealing with contractors can be stressful, but Joey and his team made the process smooth for my family. The workmanship was flawless and the service was great! We highly recommend Templar!

Joey Deeb and his team are the best! Absolutely beautiful and Quality work done in our home. We had quite a few projects going on with them at the same time and are so pleased with everything! Joey personally made sure everything was perfect for us! We love Templar and Highly recommend!

I have worked with Joey and his team for 3 major remodels on 3 of our homes. They have gone above and beyond each time! Always show up when they say they will, great quality work for a fair price, everything we want is always possible and never hear no can’t do that! Anything you can think that you want they can do! All of his subs have been with him for years and do phenomenal work. Joey and his team are great at project management and almost everyday someone was on site getting work done. Never have to worry about workers not showing up for weeks, like other contractors. Would definitely recommend Templar and will definitely be using them if we move again!

I recently had the pleasure of working with Templar Contracting for my bathroom remodeling project, and I couldn't be more thrilled with the results! From the initial consultation to the final reveal, their team demonstrated exceptional professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to customer satisfaction.
The process began with an in-home consultation where their experienced construction experts took the time to understand my lifestyle and budget. They were incredibly patient and creative, finding a design that not only met my aesthetic preferences but also worked perfectly within my financial parameters.
What truly set Templar apart was their customer-focused approach. Throughout the entire project, they kept me involved and informed, ensuring that my vision was brought to life exactly as I had imagined. Their team was punctual, neat, and incredibly skilled, transforming my outdated bathroom into a stunning, functional space.
The craftsmanship was top-notch, with every detail carefully executed. They handled unexpected challenges smoothly and maintained open communication throughout the renovation. I was particularly impressed by their ability to complete the project on time and within the agreed budget.
I wholeheartedly recommend Templar Contracting to anyone considering a bathroom remodel or any construction project. Their dedication to quality, customer service, and professional execution makes them a standout choice for home renovations.

Templar assisted us in designing and then building a beautiful addition on our home for my Mom to move into. They handled everything including HOA and have been exemplary in execution and follow up. The quality of work is second to none. We highly recommend Templar for you construction / demo del and addition needs. Templar Pools built us exactly the pool we wanted. Highly recommend both. They won’t be the cheapest, but worth every penny.
