Constraction reviews in Trinity, Florida

Working with this company was a deeply regrettable experience that left lasting negative impacts scars that are taking years to heal. Reflecting on our time living in the house, dealing with Templar was an ordeal. The quality of their workmanship was shockingly poor, there are still areas that aren’t done and as time passed, we encountered an increasing number of issues. Joey, in particular, was unkind and difficult to work with. I had to make numerous corrections because he failed to address problems early on. If you are looking for a sign to work with this company this is it! My advice would be don’t!

After I posted my honest review he responded I won’t give him the pleasure of reading. BUT what I am sure is a lot of drama that is what could happen to you too. Jesus look at all that drama. Nothing but stress for years my wife was prego and cried so much over working with him. The worst part is she told me not to hire him and I did anyway advice to husbands listen to your wife. Good luck everyone if you are already working with him and are here to see what others are saying because you getting stressed too I am sorry my whole family feels your pain. I know you feel scared and can’t leave a review because he could hold your project over your head and he could. From our hearts we feel your agony it’s a horrible feeling. It might be years till he gets it don’t but once he does leave a review.

Templar has been an exceptional company to work with. I brought them in on a nightmare project that had been caught up in red tape for years. They helped me navigate problem after problem and stuck with me when most contractors probably would have bailed on such a challenging situation.
Now the job is finally well underway, and they consistently ensure everything is done properly. Joe, the project manager, always takes my calls and answers my questions promptly. He's incredibly detail-oriented, makes sure workers correct any mistakes, and holds everyone to high standards.
Every company they've recommended - from countertops to cabinetry to appliances - has been excellent to work with as well. The team provides regular updates to keep me informed throughout the process.
I highly recommend Templar for anyone facing complex construction challenges. Their persistence, professionalism, and quality network of subcontractors make them stand out in an industry where reliability can be hard to find.
