Jonathan is the consummate professional. He's extremely knowledgeable and patient. Hurricane Helene trashed my 10th floor unit's air conditioning and an AC company that I had contracts with for the 5 properties that I own told me that they wouldn't be able to service me for 2 weeks. The building elevators were out of commission and it was extremely hot in our stairwells. Jonathan was here within an hour of my service call and dutifully climbed the 10 floors again and again until he successfully restored my service. I'm extremely grateful to Jonathan and his wife Tiffany who generally answers calls on the first ring. I cancelled my longstanding maintenance contract with the other vendor and I'm a lifetime Honor Air customer now!

I had the privilege of using Honor Air to install a new hvac unit. Their price was better than any other company. My old system was 52 years old and was a mess.
I was given a price before the job and at the end of the job the price I was given was the price I paid. The team at Honor Air spent many extra hours getting my hvac system to code. They fixed a wire for the thermostat and even fixed my electrical box along with many other unforeseen issues. All of this was not on the estimate and was done for the price I was quoted. The amount of time and care this company gives to a job is unmatched. My new hvac system is working great and my condo is cool. I am so happy that Honor Air was referred to me. They explained not only the type of service options and prices available, but as they worked and found deficiencies that required attention they brought it immediately to me to make a decision. I feel that replacing capacitor for $139.00 is a lot since the capacitor itself retails for less then $40.00, also a lot of other air-conditioning companies offer free estimates or estimates are wavied if hired. The service techniction was really great. Before you make up your prices you should check to see what your compution is charging. Also, it is up to the company rendering the service as to whether or not then want to apply the additional charge of 3%+? or not. This is entirely unfair to the consumer, you can use any excuse you choose to but the fact remains why should they pay interest twice. The cost of accepting a credit card should be paid by the company not the person who us using the card. Therefore, I will not be using your service again.

John was very friendly and honest! Everything was thoroughly explained to me. The prices were a fraction of what was quoted by another company. I did purchase a maintenance plan, which was significantly lower than the one I had previously with a different company. I would 100% recommend this company to my friends and family.

I’ve been dealing with a constantly clogged A/C drain line for months. The company I was using kept charging me for a “drain pan clean-out” about every two weeks, literally like clockwork. I kept telling them, “Something inside the air handler is clogging it up this badly; it’s not normal.” But nope… every time they’d shrug and say, “It’s your old unit.” (Old?! It’s only 12 years, that’s middle-aged, not ancient! )

Translation: “Let’s see if we can sell this woman a new system.”
Well… wrong woman. After 43 years in real estate and hundreds of home inspections, I know a thing or two about A/C units.

So I decided to call Will Ebanks from Honor Air, Inc.. 🙌 🇺🇸 he’s a USArmy veteran I met at an event with the non profit organization called Club-214 Land and Sea. (Go check them out if you are a veteran).

Within no time, he found the actual problem, a huge strip of A/C cleaner material someone had shoved inside the air handler six months ago, completely blocking the drain line. Unbelievable! Meanwhile, I’d been paying the other company every 2½ weeks to “clean” something that didn’t need cleaning.

Problem fixed. Lesson learned. And when it’s time for a new system, you better believe Honor Air is who I’m calling.

Came home from vacation last night and noticed that our a/c was not working. Called Honor Air and they came to our house within a few hours. They went above and beyond to get our a/c back in working condition. I will recommend them at every possible time if someone is in need of a/c repair. As a matter of fact I have already recommended them to other members of my family.
