The main thing I appreciate in any home servicing company is honesty. Very difficult to find, very hard to have somebody repairing anything at home and not feeling you are being played. I relied on prior comments in my community’s FB page about the honest service this company provided to many. So glad I did! They came same day, just few hrs after I called and diagnosed the problem as a simple one in a very old unit. I was fearing any company would just say “is too old, new a new one”. And I certainly need a new one, and they earned that business as I know now will be a fair price. Do yourself a favor, call these guys!

This company is the absolute best! When your air conditioner breaks in Florida, you know it's an EMERGENCY🚨! I called after hours and they came the Same Evening (within an hour), diagnosed the problem and installed a new unit the next day. Price was so reasonable. I will recommend them again and again. They know how to do business! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I'm picky when it comes to home services. I liked that Airheads had great reviews and a silly mascot. Holy Hell - they have been great to deal with. Chris was excellent when he came out to my house, explained everything and i gave him the sniff test for trustworthiness. A genuine dude. The woman who answers and routes the call's is very polite and nice. This means everything to me and I will recommend all day long. great job guys!

This company is amazing! I could go on for ages about why you should use them. Priced fairly, everyone is so kind, and they get the job done! Not only did our technician fix our AC unit, he went above and beyond and showed me exactly how to maintain my system properly. Will always use them in the future

I've used this company at least a handful of times and everytime the dispatcher is kind, accommodating. They are always able to get someone out same day, once on Christmas Eve no less.
They have never tried to sell me anything that wasn't directly needed to repair the issue. Every technician has been professional, friendly and knowledgeable, especially Adam.
Made the mistake of calling someone else before them and they tried to sell me a $15k new unit, and ended up messing up our wiring leading to call these guys out to fix it!

We have been using Airheads for our servicing for over a year. We finally decided it was time to replace. Chris came over and gave us a great quote. We had a crew of three, Dave, Parker and Mike come three days later to install. They were all wonderful to work with and did a fabulous job. We highly recommend this company. They are fair in their pricing and stand by their products and work. We couldn’t be happier!

I recently had an excellent experience with Airheads HVAC. They responded to my service request very quickly, arriving at my home in no time. Chris, the owner, was professional and took the time to clearly explain the plan for the repairs. Additionally, they provided a quote on the spot, and their prices were very reasonable. I highly recommend Airheads for anyone needing prompt and affordable AC service.

We had a these guys come out yesterday to do maintenance on the AC units. One of them had a pretty tough clog in the lines that they were unable to get out but TJ showed up bright and early this morning and was able to rectify the issue within an hour at no extra charge. Communication was
excellent, the front desk staff was pleasant and highly recommend them for the price that they charge!

Corners cut and services billed/paid for not completed.

Could not have had a more disappointing service with this company. First appointment was fine, they came out and looked at my system and quoted me to do a dye test for a rental unit of mine. Scheduled to come back two weeks later to test and see what they found and billed for the entire service.

Never heard from them and called a couple weeks after the scheduled appointment. Was told by the snarky secretary that the tech would not call as we had a scheduled appointment even though this was a rental and a call was requested to grant access. Started to say the tech checked the outside and inside units to identify any potential leaks in the system, however once I checked security cameras I came to find out the tech was only on site for 6 minutes and definitely did not enter the home.

I requested to speak to the office manager who was less than helpful as well so I requested a call from the owner and was told I would get a call and here it is another 2-3 weeks later and no call.

I wonder how many people pay for service only to have it not be performed or performed incorrectly.

I would highly recommend being careful with hiring this company to do any sort of work based on the standards that I observed.

I don’t know where to even begin. I had another company out several times this week in this brutal heat to address an issue where our upstairs A/C was blowing hot air. They could not resolve the issue, and were scheduled to come out a third time. The night before the 3rd appointment, I decided to call Airheads and request a second opinion. Adam came to my home around 10:30 PM. Boy am I glad I called! Adam was incredibly knowledgeable and was able to diagnose and address the issue right away. An issue that couldn’t be found by another large A/C company, Adam found right away! I am just so thankful for Airheads and their customer service. I will stick with these folks from now on, it is worth it! Thank you!!

We had an incredibly awesome experience with Airheads HVAC. When our AC system died, we reached out to Facebook for help choosing the right company to help us. Multiple people shared that Airheads was 💯 the best! We took the majority advice and went with them. They were fast and honest with their pricing as well as getting our job completed. They actually called to let us know they quoted us too much and we were going to be paying LESS! Who does this? AIRHEADS HVAC does!! The two gentleman that came out to do the work were very personable and respectful. They cleaned up the area they worked in to perfection! We are so happy we found you guys!! Thank you so much!!

Got home from a trip and the ac was busted. They came out at 8pm and got me up and running temporarily while they ordered the needed parts. Kept me updated while waiting and came back out today as scheduled to do the repairs and had them done super fast. Very happy with the work and the pricing was phenomenal!

Our AC went out at 6:30 pm the night before Thanksgiving, and I immediately called Airheads — a company we’ve trusted several times over the years. By 7:20 pm, less than an hour later, Adam arrived. Within 30 minutes he diagnosed the issue as a leaking evaporator coil, had our system running again with a temporary fix, and went the extra mile by checking our warranty. To our surprise, our almost 6-year-old Franklin system was fully covered under a 10-year parts and labor warranty.

The temporary repair will keep us comfortable until the new part arrives, and despite this being an after-hours visit, there was no upcharge. In our 48 years living in Pasco County, we’ve used many AC companies — and Airheads has been unquestionably the best.
