I feel that replacing capacitor for $139.00 is a lot since the capacitor itself retails for less then $40.00, also a lot of other air-conditioning companies offer free estimates or estimates are wavied if hired. The service techniction was really great. Before you make up your prices you should check to see what your compution is charging. Also, it is up to the company rendering the service as to whether or not then want to apply the additional charge of 3%+? or not. This is entirely unfair to the consumer, you can use any excuse you choose to but the fact remains why should they pay interest twice. The cost of accepting a credit card should be paid by the company not the person who us using the card. Therefore, I will not be using your service again.

John was very friendly and honest! Everything was thoroughly explained to me. The prices were a fraction of what was quoted by another company. I did purchase a maintenance plan, which was significantly lower than the one I had previously with a different company. I would 100% recommend this company to my friends and family.

I’ve been dealing with a constantly clogged A/C drain line for months. The company I was using kept charging me for a “drain pan clean-out” about every two weeks, literally like clockwork. I kept telling them, “Something inside the air handler is clogging it up this badly; it’s not normal.” But nope… every time they’d shrug and say, “It’s your old unit.” (Old?! It’s only 12 years, that’s middle-aged, not ancient! )

Translation: “Let’s see if we can sell this woman a new system.”
Well… wrong woman. After 43 years in real estate and hundreds of home inspections, I know a thing or two about A/C units.

So I decided to call Will Ebanks from Honor Air, Inc.. 🙌 🇺🇸 he’s a USArmy veteran I met at an event with the non profit organization called Club-214 Land and Sea. (Go check them out if you are a veteran).

Within no time, he found the actual problem, a huge strip of A/C cleaner material someone had shoved inside the air handler six months ago, completely blocking the drain line. Unbelievable! Meanwhile, I’d been paying the other company every 2½ weeks to “clean” something that didn’t need cleaning.

Problem fixed. Lesson learned. And when it’s time for a new system, you better believe Honor Air is who I’m calling.

Came home from vacation last night and noticed that our a/c was not working. Called Honor Air and they came to our house within a few hours. They went above and beyond to get our a/c back in working condition. I will recommend them at every possible time if someone is in need of a/c repair. As a matter of fact I have already recommended them to other members of my family.

Great service and reasonably priced. Had them out last week for an issue and typically company would have had this and that replaced. Nope, did a little tweak and all good. Got an estimate at that time for new thermostats and Kyle was out today and got that done without any issues . Also, very happy with text communications from them. Love being reminded about appt and text letting us know technician is on the way. Highly recommend this company.

Fantastic job both times. I had them out to clean my ductwork. Then I had them replace my A/C unit. Very professional, clean and careful. Also the price was extremely reasonable.
