Chris is my go to guy for anything AC related. I’ve had to use him twice to repair parts of my heating and cooling system. Both times he accommodated my schedule and arrived promptly. He also is a wealth of information and does not try to sell you something. He explained the details of the problem and my options to fix it. He advised me away from unnecessary expenses for which I am very thankful. He replaced a broken heating coil and the other issue I had was a broken compressor. He initially was worried I would need to replace my entire unit but he found the culprit was a blown capacitor. He repaired it quickly and effectively. I cannot say enough good things about this AC company. Highly recommend Chris!

Called Airheads because my outside unit was making a horrible noise. I thought it was my fan motor going out. George the service tech moved the unit a bit and the noice quit ! Problem solved, he said if it returned just move it a bit till it stops. Even though they came out on a Saturday they said no charge ! They are my new HVAC company! I really appreciate their honesty. I was taken advantage with my old company. Glad to see there are still some honest people out there !

Always a great experience with Airheads. They respond out to your residence quickly and are very knowledgeable in their trade. Airheads pricing is fair and they are honest and don't try to upsell you.

I called last Friday and explained I needed a same day service for my mothers AC that stopped working. Jennifer was able to accommodate her with a same appointment and George was sent out. The AC drain line was clogged and needed to be cleaned out. George was great at explaining the issue and getting the issue fixed. It even began raining when he was outside and he made sure everything was fixed before leaving despite the weather. Other places charge for an emergency fee but this company does the right thing charging for a maintenance. I would use them in the future and will request George.

We would highly recommend this company! Our AC stopped working and they were here within an hour and a half. Terry was our technician and he was great. He knew exactly what the problem was and had it fixed within no time. Couldn’t be happier with the service they provided.

Our AC was working but made a very loud noise when it turned on. We called Airheads. Van came out and replaced the capacitor. He was very knowledgeable and assessed the rest of the unit assuring us that we didn’t have to replace the entire system. We’re so happy that we read the reviews and called Airheads. Thank you!

I hired Airheads this past weekend. My AC wasn't working and I needed some help. I tried to troubleshoot the issue online before requesting their service. I cleared the AC drain line, checked the fuse box and filter, cycled the AC and even swapped out my thermostat. After completing these tasks, the issue wasn't resolved.

When I called, I spoke to a very nice lady over the phone. She was knowledgeable and very professional. She told me that they charge $95 to come out and perform diagnostics. If I had them fix the issue, this amount would be applied to the repairs. Money is tight but I respected the price she stated. She also informed me that they currently had someone in my area and he would come after completing his current job. I thought that to be very fortuitous.

The repairman arrived in about an hour which was great. I met him at the driveway and took him to the AC. I showed him that the pipe coming out of the AC was frosted over. He immediately told me that it made no sense to spend any money fixing the AC and that I needed to replace it immediately. "Don't waste any money on this unit, it would be stupid," he said. I found that hard to believe because I have my AC serviced every 6 months. Most recently within the last quarter, I had it serviced and that inspection was excellent. I was told that everything was in great shape despite the 2009 date of the unit. He further told me there was a leak in the system. At this point, he had not done a single diagnostic on the unit, he did not hook any equipment up to the machine, this was strictly a visual check that lasted all of 2 minutes.

I questioned him and said, there's no way it could be anything else? He said, "well, maybe the fan in the handler isn't working." I told him that is what I suspected as the fan hasn't been turning on. He acquiesced to checking the air handler. I even pulled out my own ladder for him.

He unscrewed a total of four screws and hooked his meter up. Guess what??? I was right! Just needed a capacitor swap. I could tell he was quite dismayed - he hoped for a $10k job instead of a $100 job. At this point I did not know how much the capacitor cost. It took him 5 mins to swap that out and put the unit back together. He was at my house for a total of 25 mins - most of that time spent trying to convince me to buy a new AC. I asked him what I owed him. The quote...$245. I found this to be high but didn't question him at the time. Wrote him a check and tipped him $40 - mostly because he went on and on about how many hours he was working per week in overtime. He put the part down on my table and when I went back outside, I noticed he took it with him. I went back out to his truck to retrieve it. I then looked up how much a capacitor costs by the part number - expecting it to be $75-$100...nope, less than $10.

So yeah, I get that parts are typically marked up so let's say they charge $20 - that's a 100% markup. He was at my house for less than 30 mins - ok full price of $95 even though aside from hooking his voltage meter up, no diagnostics were performed. The receipt is attached so you can see how sketchy the quote was entered. There's no line items, I mean come on...break out the costs, justify your work.

I called HQ the next morning and explained the situation to the same nice lady I had spoken to the previous day. She seemed very understanding and told me that Bob, the supervisor would be reaching out. I called again the same day and asked for Bob as he never called back. She promised he'd call next day in the morning. They've cashed my check, Bob has no intentions of making this right and neither does the company. I gave them the opportunity to fix this before blasting them on reviews.

I will end on a positive note: they fixed the issue...with my help. It's been working great since but I'll never call them again.

P.S. - Looks like they're paying for 5 star reviews...get real.

After getting quotes from 4 different AC installation companies, we decided AirHeads AC was our best option! They were affordable and had the fantastic deal of 10 year maintenance, service, and parts which was a great deal in itself. They have a lot of brand options to choose from, we went with the Goodman brand, great machine! We definitely recommend this company! 5 stars!

We had multiple companies come to our house to look at our AC system. The lines kept freezing and we had to replace our filter every three days. Each company quoted over $12K to have the air handler and condenser replaced. Airheads HVAC was one of the only companies to tell us that it was a leak in the coil, and it could be simply replaced. Their rate was phenomenal and charged the system to ensure we would stay cold until the new coil was delivered. They immediately installed the part once received. We didn’t even notice the timeframe. Airheads HVAC is one outstanding company. Their staff is professional, courteous, and keeps their customers well informed. Great company!

The main thing I appreciate in any home servicing company is honesty. Very difficult to find, very hard to have somebody repairing anything at home and not feeling you are being played. I relied on prior comments in my community’s FB page about the honest service this company provided to many. So glad I did! They came same day, just few hrs after I called and diagnosed the problem as a simple one in a very old unit. I was fearing any company would just say “is too old, new a new one”. And I certainly need a new one, and they earned that business as I know now will be a fair price. Do yourself a favor, call these guys!

This company is the absolute best! When your air conditioner breaks in Florida, you know it's an EMERGENCY🚨! I called after hours and they came the Same Evening (within an hour), diagnosed the problem and installed a new unit the next day. Price was so reasonable. I will recommend them again and again. I'm picky when it comes to home services. I liked that Airheads had great reviews and a silly mascot. Holy Hell - they have been great to deal with. Chris was excellent when he came out to my house, explained everything and i gave him the sniff test for trustworthiness. A genuine dude. The woman who answers and routes the call's is very polite and nice. This means everything to me and I will recommend all day long. great job guys!

This company is amazing! I could go on for ages about why you should use them. Priced fairly, everyone is so kind, and they get the job done! Not only did our technician fix our AC unit, he went above and beyond and showed me exactly how to maintain my system properly. Will always use them in the future

I've used this company at least a handful of times and everytime the dispatcher is kind, accommodating. They are always able to get someone out same day, once on Christmas Eve no less.
They have never tried to sell me anything that wasn't directly needed to repair the issue. Every technician has been professional, friendly and knowledgeable, especially Adam.
Made the mistake of calling someone else before them and they tried to sell me a $15k new unit, and ended up messing up our wiring leading to call these guys out to fix it!

We have been using Airheads for our servicing for over a year. We finally decided it was time to replace. Chris came over and gave us a great quote. We had a crew of three, Dave, Parker and Mike come three days later to install. They were all wonderful to work with and did a fabulous job. We highly recommend this company.
