Southern roots came out and did a great job on removing my dad’s tree from his property. I looked hard to find a reputable company after my last time trying to get this tree removed I got scammed. His crew showed up on time and are definitely skilled and work great! Overall a great company definitely reach out to them if you’re needing a tree removal!

I called Southern Roots for a tough job at my personal residence. I needed dense overgrown bamboo removed, several trees cut down, stump grinding, land cleared and many other tasks. Bill presented a fair price for the job and told me his vision for the end goal. Bill delivered on all his promises and his team didn’t stop working until they ensured I was satisfied with the result. His equipment is modern, sophisticated, and heavy duty. I reached out on the Valrico Facebook page for a tree trimmer and Bill Russell came back to me with the most professional IM of the 25 I received. He was able to come by and look at 3 trees. We worked out a cash price. Then I texted him and he called me. We only wanted 1 tree trimmed as we have other projects going on and needed to save some money. So we the bargained for a new cash price. He and his son Austin came by on a Saturday. They were here about 2hrs. Professional, Courteous, Personable and Great Communication. They did a great job and I would highly recommend them. See pictures.

Our large oak was severely damaged from hurricane Milton. Bill and his crew from Southern Roots did an amazing job of making our tree look beautiful and healthy again. Because of the location of the tree, it had to be trimmed without the use of a lift truck. Joe did a fantastic job climbing through the tree to clean it out and shape it up. Highly recommend this company!

Southern Roots Tree and Landscape just came and removed the palm tree in my lanai. I could not ask for better service. They did a great job doing exactly what they set the expectation to and even took some time to clean up some of the mess from the tree. Reasonably priced and great work - would recommend.

Bill and his crew did an awesome job trimming my 6 palm trees and removed all the yard waste. Bill responded to my initial job request within 24 hours and the service provided was reasonably priced. Bill and his Southern Roots Team, were absolutely amazing from quote to completion. I had quite a large job, removing four giant Pines in the back and three trims in the front, in what I assessed to be a very technical job to protect the house, fencing, landscapes, and fire pit area. My neighbor even got in on the action having another large Pine removed. The team arrived on time, as scheduled, even taking time and consideration in staging vehicles / equipment so my family and neighbors could navigate vehicles without delay. The team was super “Profesh” professional. I was amazed at their ingenuity and technical proficiency as they flawlessly completed the job with their arsenal of saws, climbing, ropes, and heavy equipment. I could tell they put the safety of their team and efforts in minimizing collateral damage as a priority. I highly recommend their services! We have had multiple jobs with Bill and he has always been awesome to deal with.

We just had Bill and team out to take care of a pretty huge tree hanging over our house that has been slowly dying and falling apart over our roof. He was able to get us on the schedule pretty quick at a really good price, especially for something that needed a crane in a tight position.

Bill and his crew at Southern Roots were great to work with. They took out a big palm that was in a really tough spot, and they made it look easy. The first crane they brought out wasn’t large enough to do the job so they had to bring out a new crane to reach it, but still got the job done fast and safely that same day. Bill kept me in the loop the whole time and worked with me on the price, which I really appreciated. They even took care of some other smaller palm branches that were up against our house. You can tell these guys care about their work and their customers. I’d definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone needing tree work around here!
