I love working with this company! They were prompt in coming out for an estimate and flexible with scheduling the work. The cleaning was top notch! I had the house, windows, driveway, walkways, lanai, and cage cleaned, as well as the gutter cleaned out. Everything was done meticulously! I highly recommend!

Just used Xcellent Xteriors to install bistro lights on my lanai. Ryan came to measure when promised. Very personable, and discussed options fully. Malachi came to install the lights a few days later. Very pleasant and hard working. He did a great job, just in time for my family to enjoy for Christmas. I highly recommend this company.

Xceelent Xteriors did a great job cleaning our roof. They were very diligent about keeping our landscape plants and bushes alive which was very important to us. The leader of the crew answered any questions we had. A very good experience!

So thrilled with the service provided by this company! We had serious dark streaking on our roof, fascia, pool cage, and pavers. I tried to use the DIY products with disappointing results. This company gave a very reasonable quote and got the job finished in the same week! Using a combination of soft wash with products and pressure wash on pavers, the goop is GONE. Our house hasn’t looked this good since the day we moved in! Highly recommend.

I had them come back when thet were packi g up and redo ceiling of screened room and there are still yellow spots but didn't see under the over hang until I looked out windows after they left. Parts were never touched. Very dissapointed for what I paid.

Update: I have been contacted and appt made for next day to rectify situation. Very happy so far.

I have used Xcellent Xteriors both before the merger (as Peter’s Pressure Washing) and after. I have always had great experiences with them for driveway/sidewalk pressure washing and PVC fence pressure washing. They are reasonably priced, communicative, and are able to fit you in relatively quickly.

I had previously used Peter's Pressure wash and was always pleased with the results, so I was not sure if I would get that same high-level proficiency with this newly merged entity. The bottom line here is that they did the same grade A job that I had grown accustomed to with the former company. The technician, Jacob, arrived on time and over the course of several hours applied himself diligently to the thorough cleaning of my driveway, walkway and boat ramp. He did an outstanding job, and I was very pleased with outcome of the job. I would definitely recommend this company if you're looking for a positive outcome for this type of service.

I had a very dirty vinyl fence that I hadn’t had powerwashed in several years - it went from dirty and grimy to glistening white. My walkway looks better than it has in 10 years! And my patio is fabulous looking, too! I highly recommend them.

Very happy and will use them again. Saw them in the neighborhood and called and was able to get a sane day appointment. Good pricing but overall did a great job.

We had the service of this company putting up our Christmas lights yesterday. They always do a fabulous job and we want to put a shout out to Jarrett and Riley for their patience and ability to get the job done. I have columns in front of my house that are 40 foot high and they decorate those columns with great expertise and many people come by to look at our lights during the holidays. This is a great company to use during the holidays. Lakeland is blessed to have them. Merry Christmas to all.

Had them clean my gutters, the technician was professional, very timely, and completed the job in a efficient manner. They were very reasonable. I would use them again for other jobs , and would recommend them.

I would highly recommend Xcellent Xteriors! I have hired them in the past to clean my large tile roof on my two-story home. I have also had them pressure was my pool deck, driveway, and home exterior on multiple occasions. I have had them seal pavers twice. Most recently, they installed my Christmas lights.
Every experience from the first call to the follow up is always professional. They do an excellent job, are always on time and professional. The technicians are friendly and enthusiastic and very willing to answer questions.
My roof cleaning was phenomenal! The paver seal was exceptional. As someone who is in the pool building industry, I know and value the difference between an average and outstanding job for paver sealing.
The Christmas lights look soooo good and have made me so happy.
I don’t write many reviews but I wanted to take the time to highly recommend this company!!

Scheduling was a seamless process. I was happy to know the service could be completed while I wasn’t at the house. The lady I spoke with was transparent on realistic expectations on the results of the oil treatment when I inquired on treating a few small oil stains on my driveway. I was told that this was an additional fee I could add on the day of based on the in person evaluation of the stains. When the guy came to do the power wash, I informed him that I decided I did want the additional oil treatment. He told me that he did not think he had the necessary supplies to do the oil treatment due to switching trucks but would take a look. There was no additional update after that point. My driveway and sidewalk looks way better than it did before the power wash service, which is good. I took one star off because of not having the necessary supplies for the oil treatment despite being told it could be an add on day of. I probably would have considered a different time or company if I knew it wouldn’t have been an option to be done
