The Waits crew was amazing to work with. They went above and beyond to make us feel at ease as they took out a huge tree right over our house. These guys are pro's with high end equipment. The Crew was a joy to be around, respectful, and left my yard clean as before they came. I recommended them to all of my neighbors!

I used to attempt to use other tree trimming services and what I found is that if the cut is not done properly your trees will droop and just in general look unhealthy as it grows out.

Shannon is so easy to work with. She explains what will be done and makes sure you understand everything. I was having one tree cut down and all debris removed. The crew showed up on time and were completely done in an hour. I was very impressed. Will definitely use Waits Tree Experts next time I need a tree removed. I had quite a large tree overhanging my entire home, they did a great job safely moving the entire thing piece by piece off the lot with a crane. Only took 2 days for this massive job!

Can not recommend for manicured yards. They have a lot of heavy equipment that is fine for open spaces but not for smaller yards unless you don't care about your plants.
