Disgusting customer service. Absolutely terrible. I attempted to do business with this company and was intentionally hung on several times. I called and confirmed that the call was not disconnected due to phone service. After calling twice more, having my calls ignored, my call was finally answered and I confirmed that I was being hung up on knowingly and willingly. The two different representatives I spoke with, that both hung up on me intentionally, were incredibly rude and short with me. I do not understand how this 'business' continues to find work with such disrespectful people answering the phones. I will never try to do business with advanced tree service nor will I recommend them to anyone.

Rookie mistake got BURNED for CHRISTMAS LIGHTS. They promised installation and REMOVAL. I paid upfront and haven’t heard from them since. Won’t even answer a call or text. Next time I’ll get everything in writing, maybe a video and an attorney on standby. BE CAREFUL. they lost all my future business for lights and landscaping. Lights look good. Now have to spend MORE Money to take them down.

They were very professional. Asked them a question in regards to trimming. They understood what I was asking and took care of it. Did a great a job. Tree looks amazing. Will use them again when it is time to trim our tree.

Just had our yard done by John and his father. They did an unbelievable job! I highly recommend them and their price was more then fair!! Thanks again guys!!!! We will use you again!

Lynn and his crew are the best! I have been using him for years. To take a line from the movie Money Pit, they are Work Animals 😂 That's what we call them. They are always on time, work like animals and clean up when they are done. Never know they were here. I won't use anyone else!

Removed 40’ tree from front yard a day before hurricane Ian hit. Tree was dangerously close to house and had damaged water lines to home

They removed a large tree and trimmed up 6 more at our home in Bloomingdale and did a fair job at a fair price. They left a large limb we agreed on taking down ahead of time, but discounted the seevice to remedy.

I am amazed on how quick, clean and professional their tree service is. I had a large Oak tree removed and they have exceeded all my expectations! This is truly a professional tree removing service and I recommend them whole heartedly. You won't be disappointed.

Eric Carll came out and gave me a price, I agreed to have the work done. He said he didn't have any invoices to write up an estimate but would come back in a couple of days with a written estimate. A week goes by and still no Eric so I called him. He said he was sorry but he could get the crew out "tomorrow" and get the job done. I said OK let's do it. I redone my plans to make sure I would be home "tomorrow" but "tomorrow" came and went, no crew, no job done, no phone call. I called another company, they came out gave me a written estimate, I agreed and they said it would be about 2 weeks out, that was OK with me. They called me in 3 days and said they could do the job "tomorrow". Tomorrow came and they showed up and did the job, VERY professional people.They got 5 stars! I would give Advanced Tree Service LLC a ZERO if I could cause that is what they did for me.

Advanced Tree Arrived on time for our project with a lot of manpower! We had 2 large scrub oaks removed, hedges and a giant camphor tree trimmed, They also ground down the stumps and left the yard in great shape. Highly recommend!

WOW! Five 🌟➕ they took down a dangerous Oak with serious canopy branches. Our yard was a jungle! A HUGE thanks to Larry for the problem solving on the stump cut, not damaging my neighbor's chain link fence, as the stump had grown into it, I was able to put my privacy fence back up. Also, shout out to the crane operater, for handling the crane with safety, skill and expertise. Trustworthy, great prices, need I say more?

These guys are miracle workers. We had a dangerous dead oak tree, overhanging our pool cage. Our yard is a jungle with no viable access for heavy equipment. The tree was too far gone for climbers to safely remove it. These guys set up a crane in our neighbor's yard and plucked the tree out of our jungle. No damage to our screen or house. Not only that, there was almost no damage to other plants in our yard. The entire crew was friendly, professional, and incredibly good at what they do. One other thing. They mentioned that they never have done Christmas lights. There is another similarly named company that sometimes get confused with these guys. So ignore any negative reviews that mention Christmas lights. It is not these guys.

The crew are very skilled, professional and proficient in what they do. They were also very sensitive to the fact it was breaking my heart to remove this beautiful tree due to serious recent and foreseen damage to our property. Krista, their administrative personnel, even called to ease my stress and heartache about the process. Lynn Olcott runs a top-notch operation, and with integrity. Thank you!

The Advanced Tree Services guys did a fantastic job removing my dying trees. They arrived when they said they would, got the job done very fast, and they did a great job cleaning up afterwards. Definitely recommend if you're getting your trees ready for hurricane season!

We had advanced tree removal come out and take three of our oaks away from the pool in sensitive areas. The trees we're located Rite along our pool and privacy fence they handled it with the up most care. The whole crew was courteous and very respectful . Advanced tree service is definitely deserves a 5-star rating.

Lynn and his crew showed up on time and got right to work. They worked together like a well oiled machine. They completed the tree trimming and pruning in a timely manner. This was my first time using them but I will be using them again. I highly recommend Lynn and his company for any tree work.

I was very pleased with their service. They trimmed one tree, and removed one hazardous tree. They trimmed the one exactly the way I wanted, and the crew removed the other quickly, efficiently, and did a nice job of cleaning up. Their price was significantly better than the other estimates I received, and the service was great.

Great company, wonderful work, and very fast. I had a dead tree on the side of my house very close to my neighbors house and they were able to get rid of it without damaging anything around it, that’s what I call professionalism. These guys know what they’re doing. I’m glad I looked up at the reviews first and call them up for a quote, would definitely hire again .

Needed large oak trees trimmed back from my property line.
