We are very happy we came across Nik's name! All the big names were booked or well over priced. Nik did not have many reviews because he is new to the area but what we saw sounded good so we asked him to come. We had a dishwasher issue and he was able to come that day! Our dishwasher, a Bosch, which most companies won't touch, had two issues. Nik was able to find the main problem and fixed it right away. The other issue, Nik said he would research and figure out what it is. A week later we had Nik come out and fix our freezer that was clogged and leaking lots of water. Again he was able to come out within a day or two and did a fantastic job. No more leaks! If he is unable to fix , he will do his best to figure out what you need to do. He is an honest and respectful and trustworthy appliance repair guy!

I selected Nik's based on other Google reviews here and that turned out to be the right decision. The drum of our front-loading washer decided to go nuts a few days ago. Ironically, it banged all around like a big loud drum. After doing some research online, I scheduled an appointment with Nik for the next day using his website. He was prompt and courteous and diagnosed the issue quickly and accurately. The replacement parts our machine required took a day or so to come in. When they did, Nik quickly scheduled the follow-up appointment with us. He did a fantastic job and our washer is working again like it was new. Nik's service was excellent, his pricing was very reasonable and he was pleasant to work with. If anything like this comes up again, I will definitely be reaching out to him.

I called Nick out to fix my washer on 12/20/25 because it would not start or recognize to go to the next cycle. He informed me that it needed a gear because the machine didn’t recognize that it needed to go to the next cycle. He came out put the part on and said it’s fixed, charged me $250. The machine still wouldn’t start and go from cycle to cycle. He came back every day for 4 days to adjust it. The machine still doesn’t work. I called another reputable appliance guy recommended by a family member. He came out and explained that the barren was out and wouldn’t be worth fixing because it would be the cost of another washer. Yes Nick was nice but he took my money and didn’t know how to properly diagnose my appliance. It’s disheartening but this is an expensive lesson I’ve learned.

Update 1/23/26: Nick gave me a refund so I’ve update my review because of his response to get my concern resolved efficiently and professionally.

My dryer stopped heating and I called Nik's Fix Appliance around 10am. By 1pm he was at my house. He checked the dryer and within 15 minutes had a diagnosis for me with a price and time frame. Within another 30 minutes he already rewired and changed the connection on the inside of my dryer. Total time at my house fixing the dryer start to finish was 45 minutes. Very fast work. Price was fair and reasonable. The price was given up front before we agreed for him to do the fix. He even gave me his business card and told me to call him or text him if I had any issues. I will keep his contact information and will definitely use him again for any appliance issues we might have in the future.

I have used Nik's Fix Appliance a couple of times recently for separate issues. I received excellent communication, quick response times, and my appliances were repaired in a timely manner. He is so polite and friendly. I will be keeping his contact information for future appliance repairs.

My parents’ refrigerator suddenly stopped cooling/freezing, and we were honestly pretty stressed about it. I contacted the company, and Nick showed up the very next morning — super quick response 👍

He checked everything and explained that the fridge was low on refrigerant and just needed a recharge. The whole job took about 40 mins, and right after that it started cooling again like normal. No upselling, no unnecessary repairs — just honest work.

It’s been a month now, and the temperature has been holding steady with no issues at all. Everything’s working perfectly.

Bryan from Veterans 1st always does a great job with all of electrical work he has done for us. Installed ceiling lights and fans, added additional plugs to existing circuits, installed Alexa enabled light switches. Highly recommend and will continue to use him for our electrical needs.
