The maintenance guy, Donald was outstanding in explaining what he was doing and why. He was thorough in his exam of our system and made realistic recommendations for upgrades/improvements. And he was completely professional and a nice guy.

Jim and I were in a difficult situation with another air conditioning company that after their installation just 10 months prior, the Englewood based company wouldn’t be able to repair our new appliance for up to six weeks? We started the night before the new installation with Andrew and the very next morning we had Justin and his partner installed are new air conditioner. We really feel like we were listened to and valued.

The technician, Mark, arrived on time and was very thorough and professional. Highly recommend.

Awful frustrating and really upsetting experience. I NEEDED THE AIR CONDITIONING UNIT CLEANED to get it running again. No diagnostic needed just a maintenance ahead of schedule. Less than 2 months after my first service the air conditioner was not working. Needed to have a good cleaning. I was charged for a diagnostic and for cleaning $430 !!!!. When I first had a cleaning and NO CONTRACT I paid $109 !!! I didn't want anything replaced or added just a good cleaning as I have done in the past 5 years. I have a tenant which is the first time and I had to get the air conditioning up and running. Over the past 5 years this has been a guaranteed issue in the summer months. My home watch would call the company which I was contracted to and get them to make an extra call to clean and I was charged an extra maintenance service not emergency or diagnostic. Charge was always the contract price $85 with my last company. I EXPRESSED THIS TO VAUGHAN AT LEAST 6 TIMES OVER AND OVER WHY COULD HE NOT GIVE IT A GOOD CLEANING AND SUCK OUT THE BLOCKAGE. HIS REPLY IT COULD NOT BE REACHED. I WAS NEVER TOLD THAT IN 5 YEARS BY MY PREVIOUS COMPANY.

by the way all this was discussed before I signed a contract. what if....

My technician was professional and respectful. He efficiently resolved my issues, while patiently answering all my questions. Aside from their efficient work, they are available for emergencies 24/7. I highly recommend this company.

We were very pleased with our HVAC replacement from the very nice lady who answered the phone, to Andrew who quoted us, & to Juan Diaz who removed our old unit & installed a new unit. Great attention to detail and fine workmanship all the way around! Great job Venice Plumbing Heating & Cooling!! Highly recommend!

Arnold arrived ahead of schedule, diagnosed the problem with the AC unit within minutes and had the unit repaired and fully functioning in an hour. He was very professional and courteous. I would highly recommend him and Venice Cooling, Heating and Plumbing.

Joe from Venice cooling and plumbing did a quick and thorough job on my sink. I had been working on getting unclogged for 2 days and he came in and within minutes he had it fixed and made sure to double up the efforts to ensure it drained smoothly!! Superb job!!

Polite and fast repair of a $60-70 contactor. However an additional $400 margin for job completed in 30 mins is a bit excessive.

A totally outrageous estimate for installation of a garbage disposal and kitchen and bathroom faucets! Almost $3000 and $109 just to get an estimate! We went with another company and the total was $815! We want our $109 back! Highway robbery!

Update! We got a reply to call so they could rectify the situation so I called. I was told O would get a call back. They never called back! What a surprise!

Not only did they charge $100 for an estimate that was ridiculously high for what we wanted quotes for, they never attempted to repair the leak and he told me the wrong source of the leak. Not welcome in our home again. We didn't have them complete any work.
