Reviews of local pros in Venice, Florida

Kelly was great. He was friendly, polite and very professional. He did our semi annual maintenance on our A/C and found it in good shape. Told us about your new system and the monthly charge. Sounds like it will make things easier with the AI feature. Highly recommend him and hope he is our technician in the future.

It is so nice to call a company and have a friendly voice answer the phone. The same technicians have been with the company for years. Very knowledgeable, respectful and prompt.

Arnold has been checking my heat and air conditioning system for years, ever since I’ve lived in Venice. He keeps it running at capacity. It’s old but still working just fine, thanks to Arnold’s expertise.

We have a new HVAC system, about a year old. Lost heat, system stopped running. Parts &labor covered under warranty but still being charged a service call fee of $109. Don’t feel that is right. We paid extra for the warranty & you’re still nickle & dimeing your customers.
Your repairman was very professional, polite & educated on what was wrong & trying to fixing the problem but has to order parts.

Great service and excellent work by Rick. Super friendly and efficient! Called before the holiday and was scheduled service immediately. We like keeping our business in town. Would recommend Venice Plumbing, Heating, and Cooling every single time! Thanks again, Rick!

We had a problem we started our heater this winter and I got immediate service from the team. I called when the work was done so I could speak to the technician and he was very considerate and thorough with his explanation of what went wrong. The issue was related to my building wiring, now I can put a plan in place to make sure it doesn’t happen again.

He came for maintenance and did great. Found some other issues which I will have taken care of. But the best part is he loved my puppy and put up with her while trying to work.

Scott came to give me a free estimate on replacing air ducts in my home. He arrived on time was incredibly knowledgeable on many aspects of work still needing to be done after 2 hurricanes hitting my home. I was truely impressed by his genuine honesty concerning not only the air ducts but helping me understand some very technical details. Thank you scott

I had Venice Cooling & Plumbing service my 18 year old air conditioner today. It was my first experience using this company. Austin was the technician and he spent about two hours going over and servicing this very old (but working) system. He did a great job. He found a couple of issues that we’ll need to address in the next few months. He was thorough and very professional as he reviewed the state of my A/C system with me. He offered me their monthly service contract. I declined at this time and he was not pushy at all. I highly recommend Austin and Venice Cooling & Plumbing for your A/C needs!!

Venice Cooling and Plumbing has been amazing!! They've been so professional, so accommodating, and just overall a great company! Every staff member I've met has been helpful and great to work with. They've made the installation of our new air conditioner so easy. We look forward to using them for their cooling and plumbing services in the future!

Austin was a truly amazing Tec! Extremely knowledgeable and focused on correcting all issues regardless of how much time was required. This type of talent and commitment doesn’t exist with service organizations anymore!! Austin is an asset to your company!

Jeff arrived right on time, was both friendly and polite. He did a thorough check on our HVAC which wasn't working properly. Then gave us a good report on his findings. Fee for the service was very reasonable! I would not hesitate to recommend either Jeff or Venice Heating & Cooling.

Rob came out to connect our gas stove and did it fast like a pro. He tested everything to make sure there were no leaks and all worked. It was a small job and the price matched that, no big call-out or diagnostic charge. Very happy with their service and the price was great. I will use them again when needed.
