I recently moved to Florida and my condo was dirty. I found this service online and Sylvia called me back in 10-15 minutes. I requested a deep cleaning. Three ladies came and spent 2 hours cleaning the floors, windows and anything else I asked for. Very satisfied with the outcome and will now use the service for standard cleaning every 3 weeks.

The women from I&S are very thorough and professional.. They go above and beyond by cleaning the ceiling fans, lanai doors and windows. We are happy that they take Covid-19 precautions by wearing masks the entire time they’re in the house. Sylvia, the owner, is quite responsive to scheduling changes or any issues that arise. You need I & S Cleaning in your life! They are meticulous, detail-oriented and thorough. My house is always sparkling clean when they are finished. Plus, they make the cutest towel animals and paper flowers out of paper towels. It just makes you feel special. I highly recommend!

I’ve been wanting to hire a professional cleaning company for quite a while as I don’t have to the time to really deep clean lately. I am so happy that I finally decided to go for it. It would have taken me months of hard work to do what this crew did in just a few hours. Amazing attention to detail, prompt, and respectful. The ladies did an excellent job, top to bottom on my rental home I am preparing for a new tenant. The house was quite dirty and I thought about doing it myself to save some money. So glad I hired them instead. It would have taken me several days and most likely wouldn’t have come out as nice. The girls that came today did a great job! They were very thorough and very pleasant. The house looks and smells wonderful.
EDIT: They quoted me a price for weekly service and I agreed to it. After a missing necklace was found in their vacuum and was returned, She decided to increase the price already quoted because we live off a dirt road. I didn’t think this was right. She would not honor her original price quoted. Sadly I will not use them again.

After having two previous cleaning companies, we finally are VERY pleased with this cleaning service. They are respectful, on time and do a very good job. Sylvia the owner is excellent. Any request, she is more than happy to accommodate your needs. I highly recommend I & S.
