Today a crew of three lovely ladies arrived, and went through my house freshening, cleaning, tackling any hard job, and nothing slowed them down. Everything is fresh and clean and ready for my house to go on the market. They have definitely made my heart light. I highly recommend them, they know what they’re doing and they do it extremely well.

Contacting I and S Cleaning services was one of the best decisions that I have made. Sylvia and her team are not only hard working, but absolutely kind individuals, as well. This is a company that picks up the phone when you call and is truly interested in keeping your business. Certainly rare in 2022! They have done a wonderful job at my home and I have nothing but good things to say about them.

Sylvia's team performed a deep clean to restore a condo to move-in condition. They did a fantastic job for a fair price. They were on time, worked very efficiently, and left the property in excellent condition. The entire process was professional from estimate to cleaning to billing and follow up. I would hire them again in a heartbeat.

I have to say that I have a clinical eye for detail and cleanliness and these cleaners were AMAZING!! Sylvia was very responsive and they attended to my request timely, as I had a tenant that had left my beachfront condo in less than optimal conditions.

I am amazed to see the inflexibility in their pricing, though, and that is the only reason why I don’t give them five stars. I got charged $300 for 1000 ft.² of cleaning + tip. I do know that they are a distance away, but they do have their cleaning crew in the building many times… You would think you would want to get repetitive business and maximize the crew you have at a particular location, but when I asked how much would it be to use them regularly, the answer was it would be the exact same price each time they would come. To me it showed lack of flexibility and lack of understanding that not every cleaning is a deep clean. I don’t think you can expect customers to pay twice as much as the going rate. Multiple cleaners that come to the building charge around $100 & in that context a $300 fee is a bit excessive for each and every cleaning. Other than that, I would have totally used them again because they left the place spotless.

I am very impressed with Sylvia and her staff. The ladies did an amazing job in my house. It has been difficult to get consistent house cleaning help here using other house cleaners. I called last week to inquire about services and Sylvia was able to book me in this week! These ladies did a better job than anyone else I have hired. I am very very happy!

Sylvia and her cleaning crew did absolutely amazing!! They made the whole unit brighter and better! They had their work cut out for them with it vacant fir sometime & they traveled a little bit of distance to get the job done. This cleaning service was spectacular! I had a deep cleaning done to our rental condo in Pelican Pointe and with 2 and sometimes 3 ladies for 5 hrs. it sparkles. They washed every baseboard, nick and corner, woodwork, doors and all the painted wicker furniture inside and outside of each piece. Vacuumed all the lamp shades, furniture cushions both sides, moved furniture to clean behind, washed all tile floors, and vacuumed area rugs. I cannot recommend Sylvia and her company high enough. Now that my unit has been deep cleaned I intend to have I & S Cleaning Services back every 2-3 weeks for the remainder of our stay.

I have used private and company owned businesses in order to clean my home in the past. Until now I have never been satisfied with the other people. This company goes far beyond in satisfying the customer. They completed more than expected. I will be using this company for a long time. Try them you'll love the result. I would never do it again. I payed 300 us for a deep cleaning of 3 hours. Just wasted my money in a crew of 3 ladies where only one was really working!!
They focused in things already cleaned by the tenant. Windows a disaster, sliding doors a disaster, dust all over on top corners, they’d didn’t the carpets despite they smelled dog urine, forget behind furniture dirt.. disgusting! In addition disrespecting me after complaining to the owner. The owner gave me 1 free hour and the results were almost the same. One lady really cleaning hard the other 2 looking or acting to clean. Never contract these guys.
