We had CW Willis Landscaping install sod in our neighborhood, and the results were extremely disappointing. The sod they provided was clearly diseased — showing signs of brown patch, fungus, webworm, and chinch bug infestation almost immediately after installation. When we brought this to their attention, they refused to replace the sod and placed all the blame on the homeowners, despite the issues originating from the poor-quality sod they sourced. It’s clear they use inferior sod suppliers and take no accountability for the condition of the product they install. They do not stand behind their work or their responsibility to deliver healthy, viable sod. Very dissatisfied with this company. Save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere.

CW Willis did a great job on our project. As part of our pool project we had to have sod and landscaping done. Demetric and his team did a great job on our sod. The sod itself was very high quality and they installed it with care. The sod is thriving and is better than all of our other grass. Since they did such a great job on the sod we had Demetric and his team come back and do the landscaping. All I can say is wow. Another great job. They showed up when they told us they would. They used high quality plants, trees, mulch, and river rock. When they were finished our place looked like a resort. Demetric and his team cleaned up and left us a beautifully landscaped pool area. I highly recommend CW Willis and Demetric if you need sod or landscaping.

Love this place! Great variety of plants, love the food at the grill especially the buffalo chicken wrap which is my favorite, and the market has such a good variety of unique produce!!

They are very friendly and helpful. They told us about their sale, so we waited and bought 3 trees. Love them! 2 Queen Crepe Myrtle and a Christmas Palm.

Very casual place for an early morning breakfast. Friendly staff nice outdoor seating. And having the word Farm in the name makes everything taste fresh.

From beginning to end, CW Willis was an awesome company to work with. I had several estimates for my sod installation and CW Willis was the most reasonable. Sometimes the lowest price is not the best quality, but in this case it certainly was. Colin was my main guy and he was professional. knowledgeable and friendly, a true pleasure to work with. After my initial sod installation I did have some issues with insect infestation, but they did not leave me high and dry. Colin revisited my home several times to assess the problem and sent a lawn service company to apply insecticides. And they paid for it...how often do you find that high level of customer service anymore? I cannot say enough positive about my experience with CW Willis. I would very highly recommend them for your sod installation or any yard or garden projects.

The folks at CW Willis are great. I had an issue with some of the plants they installed and they replaced them without any problem at all. They were great 👍

I have been using this fine firm for over 20 years for my mulch, tree, and plant needs. I cannot thank all the fine staff who have been there for me. I have been to their new bar and grill with a covered patio seating and I really enjoy this place. The staff are friendly and the atmosphere is very laid back. The last few weeks there is a guy named JW White who is a super talented singer and entertainer. Earlier this evening he had the kids up and dancing to some oldies, it was a really awesome event. Food and drink choices are perfect you won't be disappointed! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

We had breakfast it was delicious. You can tell their food is made from quality products. Outside seating was perfect for the weather and the staff was very helpful.
This is a great option in south county. Cant wait to try the dinners.

The food was ok. We bought a ton of landscaping supplies from them though that are incredibly good quality. The pallets of sod took immediately, no dead or brown spots. We got this fine shell kinda rock to put down as a border around the house and it looks great. And, it's chalked full of shark teeth the kids are always picking out of it. The folks from the farm did the rock work and were very clean, tidy and professional. I would definitely recommend and use them again.

Excellent customer service! Needed help with a flower bed project. They were the only company that answered their phone and offered help upon arrival. Great selection, excellent pricing. All my plants are doing well and look great too. I will certainly be back for next project.

This place is well worth visiting! The grill is great. All food is fresh and delicious! The bakery has a wide variety of tasty treats with homemade ice cream! The produce is all fresh. The nursery has beautiful flowers, trees and pottery! The personnel is so friendly it makes the trip worthwhile!

This one-star review is in regards to their landscape services solely… it has been a year since CW Willis laid sod and did landscaping at my house, and I have been so incredibly disappointed that it finally got to me and I had to write this review, so hopefully nobody else makes the expensive mistake of paying these guys to do their landscaping.

The job was poorly planned, nothing near what I had asked for, and even though management tried to make things a little better, the results are just awful. I can’t imagine how they could be worse. I feel like I was completely ripped off - the landscape designer piled as many plants as he could into a small space to run up my cost. Some plants were planted in incorrect spots, giving it a total disorganized feel. The original crew didn’t even finish the job and management did send out another crew to finish, but that’s ridiculous, right?

Just don’t do it - use anybody else on Earth for your landscaping services. Anybody.

My wife and I are trying to save up to have it fixed because it disappoints us so much every time we walk in the front door. It’s a shame that these businesses don’t care one bit about quality of work, they just want quantity to make the money because so many people are moving here, it doesn’t matter if you completely scam one customer - there will always be another.

Jake was great and did an amazing job planting our trees. Caleigh assisted us with our purchase and was top notch! I definitely recommend going through them for your landscaping needs!

Jason Hagerman and Mike from Hagerman's Property Management did a fabulous job repairing my fence after Hurricane Irma. The job was done at the price quoted and from start to finish I was impressed. They were respectful of my plantings, worked hard, and cleaned up after themselves. I'm so lucky to have run into another happy customer who gave me the referral. Thank you both.

This is strictly about their driving. Someone should teach their drivers the laws. The left lane on multiple lane roads is for passing regardless if you're doing the speed limit. It's not for holding up traffic causing dangerous illegal passing on the right, and possibly hindering emergency vehicles from getting to where they need to because they're choosing to build up traffic by not moving over to the middle or right lanes. For the short period I was stuck behind this person I almost witnessed two accidents. The people trying to pass on the right and then also people in the right lane trying to pass on the left came very close on two occasions. Be smarter and just more courteous if nothing else.
