They were also willing to consult with me about new lighting, offering suggestions and remedies for same. It was a pleasure to do business with them, and possibly do more business in the future.

They provided me with the necessary details for completion and gave me options when the job required a choice. Casey, from the office of Simon Electric also received incredibly high marks for her customer service. She was very thorough and communicative. I give this business 5 stars! I'm very happy with the service I received from Simon Electric. When I first called them about installing ceiling fans and repairing multiple damaged outlets, they told me exactly how much everything would cost.

Power on my home went off few minutes ago scared and worried with my 3 children and one of them being a newborn Robert was very helpful I called searching for help and he was very responsive and attentive . Angel sent from god

Editing Feb 1st 2025, to say that after threatening me with legal action due to my review, he said another check would arrive after their bad one. We’ve now been waiting 6 weeks so it appears he wasn’t truthful about sending.

Dec 20th 2024: Called to diagnose/fix a problem where a GFI kept tripping. They sent a VERY young tech out who said he knew exactly what to do and guaranteed we'd have no more issues after he spent about an hour working on our GFI in the garage. It cost $360 and made NO DIFFERENCE whatsoever. When I called to complain, they said they would send us a check for re imbursement - since we'd had to have another reliable electrician fix the issue within days (Aries AV). I tried to mobile bank the check to no avail. I took it to my bank (so wasting my time) but they said there was something wrong with the account and it would not deposit. So they send a dud check to us. I called again to tell them there was an issue with the check so they said they'd mail another on their run of Jan 15th. Nothing came in the mail. Please take note of ALL reviews posted on this company because all the one-star reviews can't be wrong. They did not fulfill their promise to make us whole after our time and money wasted.

Simon Electric has provided exceptional service. We used them for a panel replacement and for additional electrical work and they were great! Their office team is very responsive, courteous and professional. Their technicians also very professional and neat and showed up when scheduled. Their prices were very fair as we had to obtain several estimates for the HOA, they were very reasonable. I definitely recommend and will use then again.

OMG…what a great company!!!! We called, they called us back immediately, set up an appointment for the same day, then called back to make it earlier that same day. What service. Both technicians, Bernard and Pete, couldn’t have been nicer, more professional and very knowledgeable. They repaired our problem in a very short time (our kitchen fluorescent lights would not stay on) and now they are as good as new. Such nice guys to boot. We were so pleased with the company and these two men they sent out. Request Bernard and Pete when you use Simon Electric,LLC. Oh, and the cost was extremely fair. In other words…we were thrilled with the experience from the beginning to the end.

I highly recommend Simon electric! From dealing with Stacy over the phone answering all my questions and setting up appointments to Bernard and Ethan coming out and getting the job done, it was the best experience! They were honest, reliable, transparent and professional. I have a trickier unit where electrical stuff and hooking up appliances is a little more difficult and they were able to get it done safely and fast and were super friendly yet professional! I really appreciate this company and the fact that they care and do things correctly! Best experience!

I chose Simon Electric based on their reviews, and was not disappointed. I needed two outside LED floodlights installed under the eave on our 2 story house and a couple of GFI outlets replaced. They scheduled the work for the next day. Victor and Erik were a very professional team and did a great job. I’m very pleased with their work.

Cesar Erik and Jared of Simon Electric helped me with thousands of dollars of work. They are honest and trustworthy, their company is also of integrity and is priced fair and reasonably. The owner Rafael is straightforward and very professional.

This is a cautionary tale, I used this Company, (Simon electric LLC) To have a little electrical repair done at my home. After I inquired, They informed me, That the cost would be $75 for the visit and $125 per hour. When they arrived at my house, I noticed that unexpectedlyThey had sent two men, they came in looked at the switch, made a slight repair that might’ve lasted five minutes.

Considering how quickly the repair was made, I did not expect to pay much above the $75 that they normally charge for the visit. However, when the fellow came back with the bill, the amount requested to be paid was $325.
Needless to say that I was shocked. I asked for an explanation. their rational was That they had sent two men at $125 each, plus the $75 for the visit, the total amounted to $325.

I obviously told the man who gave me the bill that this was unacceptable, he picked up the phone and called his office. First I spoke with the office manager, whoever she was, explained the situation and rather than being understanding, she spent the next 10 minutes trying to rationalize the $325. She had the explanation perfectly prepared, as if she had done this many times before.

However Seeing that she was failing at convincing me, she handed the phone over to the owner who spent an additional 15 minutes, trying to convince me that I didn’t understand why he was charging that much.
When I persisted, and I told him, in no uncertain terms that I would not pay that bill. He first tried to lower it to $275 and eventually settled at $225.
Which as we speak I still think is Exorbitant for a five minute visit.

I want to warn all of You, that this is not an honest firm. Other firms are willing to forego The cost of the visit and charge only the price of the repair.

Simon electric LLC is not. They will try to get as much of your hard earned cash as they can get their hands on.
Dealing with them has been a terrible experience., And I do not recommend them to anyone else who needs an electric repair company.
As I said earlier, this is a cautionary tale. Stay away from Simon. LLC..

The owner’s response is sheer nonsense and lies. He is right they spent more than five minutes here, but not in my house. They were downstairs in the truck. The young man simply rewired a light switch which does not take more than five minutes, which in fact is the amount of time they spent at my house. Secondly, they did say that it was $125.00 per hour, but never mentioned that they were sending two men, therefore $250.00 to rewire a light switch. This is simple robbery at its best. Completely unreliable and fraudulent company. Don’t use them.

Antoine and John were fantastic. We thought the job would at least take two days with everything that needed to be done around the house and they finished it in one day. They were also extremely kind and friendly with our four children running around while they were trying to get work done. They were very thorough to ensure our concerns were addressed and fixed appropriately. We would definitely recommend them.

Needed a broken ceiling fan replaced asap. They were here in less than 48 hours.
Did a very good and professional job.
Price was also a good deal.

I recently contacted Simon Electric to replace an outside breaker box that was way beyond its life expectancy. I called on a Sunday expecting an answering machine. Well, Stacey did answer and scheduled a technician for me a couple of days later. Ethan came to the house and did the work and all is working well. Ethan was friendly, courteous and most knowledgeable. The other person I dealt with in the office was Casey, who handles the payments. I cannot say enough about Stacy, Casey and Ethan. Simon Electric is fortunate to have these three great employees. If I ever need electric service in the future, I know who to call.

The office personal (Kennedy, Stacy) were excellent in handling my sub-permit and explaining the process. They were very responsive. The electricians (Ethan, Jerry) did in excellent job in the installation. I highly recommend them.

Fantastic service by Simon Electric, Bernard was AMAZING, a 10/10 on all levels: professional, knowledgeable, very helpful. We had an outdoor fan and laundry room ceiling light replaced, and if we need any other assistance with anything electrical, we will definitely use Simon Electric again (and ask for Bernard).
