I am for sure keeping the Simon Electric phone number in my address book whenever electrical issues arise. A switch in our bedroom broke and made our ceiling fan unusable, so I used that opportunity to also replace two ceiling fans in my house.

Setting up the appointment over the phone was super easy and they were able to fit me in within a couple days.

Antwane and Robert came out to do the work and they were awesome. They went out and got a new switch first, and they replaced that and the two ceiling fans (which I purchased at Lowe's) quickly without sacrificing quality. I hate when fans wobble and make noise, and these are silent and don't move at all, even on the highest setting.

They also saw a billing error *after they left* and came back to tell me they mistakenly charged me too much and fixed it. You don't see things like that often and that's why Simon Electric will be my go to electric company moving forward.

Replaced a single breaker only, no diagnostics. Arrived on time with a 2 person crew but did not have the part in the truck so they had to run and get one, even though I told them exactly the part when I set up the appointment the day before. 40 mins to get the part, 10 mins to replace.

Reasonable service but extremely pricy. Expect to pay 2x-3x typical estimate. I get the sense I am hitting some minimum charge. For small jobs like this you're probably better off looking for an individual electrician.

I highly recommend Simon Electric. The main office was courteous, and accommodating in scheduling the appointment. It was not a call center that answered the phone! Bernard and Victor arrived promptly as scheduled. They worked together seamlessly to diagnose the problems. They were professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and they were able to correct the electrical issues that we were having. We are new to Florida and it is hard to find honest, reliable, and experienced companies. Simon’s prices are fair and reasonable. We will use Simon for all our electrical needs.

We have used Simon electric 5 times in the last 7 years. Today it was Bernard that did a service for us. We were having problems with a GFI kicking off because of overload. He diagnosed that we need a dedicated circuit for the problem and fixed what we needed to still use our appliance on that circuit until we can get a new line run. Simon electric has always been very reliable and fair with their prices. Would recommend them to anyone.

The best possible experience. Electricians Bernard and Caesar hung a new LED fixture on a slanted high ceiling perfectly. They adjusted the rings with patience and care, exactly to my wishes. They were pleasant and personable. It was easy to obtain an estimate over the internet using photos. The price was fair. It is easy to do business with this company.

I don't think I could put properly put into words how it felt to have Raphael show up to my home for an emergency appointment on a Sunday and immediately feel at ease. I can tell right away he knew his stuff, and from the time he got there, to even the days after the job was finished, Raphael and Simon Electric will make you feel like family and that they are really looking out for you. He swiftly diagnosed the issue, gathered the correct parts, and made the crucial repair all for a really fair price. Highly recommend this company.

Shout out to Simon Electric. Having arrived back to FLA to our Condo on a recent Sunday morning, we discovered that a breaker in our panel had tripped and would not reset after several attempts. We reached out to Simon Electric to setup a service appointment and got scheduled for that Monday afternoon (1-3PM). However Monday morning we received a message of an available schedule opening in the AM and we took it. Within the hour Ethan and his partner arrived and professionally started to diagnose the issue and traced the circuit back to a BURNED OUT exterior G.F.C.I. outlet and protective cover as the cause. In addition an exterior light switch that had not been operational and original to the construction of the building had been painted over during a recent exterior building painting and restoration project. They retrieved the parts necessary to complete the job and quickly and professionally installed the components to working order. Being a business owner myself, these guys are an asset to your organization and should be recognized for their courtesy and professionalism.
