We got a quote before Christmas for multiple projects around the house. We hired him right after Christmas and he was here within a week. Worked efficiently, very friendly and accommodating.

Al did a great job installing a custom light, a fan with a light and outdoor lights at my home in Silverado. The communication and price were excellent.

Hang up on me when I tried to negotiate price. I am sure I would have said yes to his initial price, but he did not give me the opportunity. Addendum, I was an actual customer in need of service, not a troll. Hoping he learns not to mistreat people just because business is good.

We found Costena Services on Nextdoor Carrollwood. My husband explained what we needed Al gave him a quote and came the next day to do the work plus a few other things that needed to be done. Al and his assistant were efficient and courteous and answered all my questions. They installed a new chandelier on ceiling that is 16 feet high. When he opened the cover that was on the ceiling there was no box only wires. Fortunately he had the right box in his truck and was able to complete the job.
Costena is in my file now as the company to call went I need an electrician.

Al was responsive, courteous and helpful as I was desperate with circuit breaker failure in my panel and no AC in my house. Al went beyond what can be expected and in one day had us up and running. We are grateful for his workmanship and responsiveness diligence.

I hired Al for multiple electrical upgrades projects on my property including ceiling fans, 110v outdoor outlets, hot tub 220v circuit and whole house 50amp generator receptacle. All of Al’s work passed inspection on first check. Al is experienced and reliable. He’s my go-to guy for electrical needs.

Best electrician in town! I called 11, Al was the only one who answered and doesnt charge to show up! He was straight up, gave me a great price and price didnt change the price when he arrived. Was effecient, polite and was done in 2.5 hours for 3 lights and two fans! Thanks Al! Will not be calling anyone else. Going to call you soon to finish the house!

Used Costena Services, specifically Al Scott, to add an exterior electrical socket to my house. Upfront with pricing,
very professional, and on time. The installation was done very nicely. Highly recommend and will use them again when I need any electrical work done.

Al got me squared away with running 2 separate lines for an air tank, and a lead for my welder at 240v... Al wanted me to at least power things up and works like a charm. About a week later, he wired up 2 outdoor boxes to plug in my smoker and couldn't be happier. I'm looking forward to our next adventure! If you can wait for him to come out it's worth it. If you can't wait, you should.

This is by far the best company I have ever had work on my house and I’ve had five houses in the last 15 years. Kind courteous efficient! They saved our lives!

Booked Costena to replace an existing outdoor fan that was still working but I wanted a new style. He took down the old fan, installed the new fan but could not get it to work. He said that there must be something wrong with the new fan and still charged me full price and said if I wanted my old fan back up I would have to pay for that too!!!! Clearly if it was true that the new fan didn’t work, it was neither of our faults. I had no issue paying for his time to put up the new fan but the least he could had done was put my old fan up for me quickly as a courtesy before leaving. Instead he wanted hundreds more just to leave me in the same place I was when I started. The owner is unreasonable, arrogant, and puts money way before the customers, BEWARE!!!!

I called Costena and got right in touch with Al. I was expecting a few days before he would be able to show up - but he was by me in a few hours. This was to install new high amp outlets in the garage. The work he and his assistant did was very professional. They did the work, did it fast, was exceptionally polite, and cleaned up after themselves - truly over the top from what I have experienced and had come to expect from other electricians.

Two days later, I needed a small change to the outlet and he was there in less than an hour and did it. Again - same high quality service.

The prices were reasonable for the work done, and given the professionalism and just plain niceness of the service - they are my go to electricians for any work I need done. I can not rate them high enough because Google doesn't go beyond 5 stars.
