I wanted to get the old 30amp generator inlet on my house upgraded to a 50amp inlet as well as possibly change out/upgrade electric panel in house. The first company I had come give me a quote gave me an insanely high, criminal price, for the job.
Al from Costena Services was the second company to come give me a quote and the cost was more than $11,100.00USD less than the scam company tried to charge me. Needless to say I will never do business with the first company I called.
I will gladly call Costena Services back for any future electric work that I need done though. They did a great job and now I am almost all prepped for the 2024 FL hurricane season.

My business had a range fan on the roof not working. I spent days trying to find the problem myself. I contacted Al, at Costena Services and here is my review.
Al, answered the phone and set an appointment that day. He arrived on time and was friendly and listen to my issue. It was clear to me his years of experience, and knowledge with commercial applications. He got right to work while I hovered over him asking questions. After extensive troubleshooting he corrected the problem.
My invoice was quite reasonable and I was completely happy with the service.
I will no longer use any other Electrician moving forward. Five star rating for sure !

I had to replace a circuit breaker in my garage. He charged me $250 and was at my home a total of 10 minutes. As I was getting my payment ready, he rushed me like he had to get somewhere, but I think he knew he was ripping me off! I'd give a half star if I could.

Check your record. It was late 2024. I called you afterward to ask why the high price and you basically told me I was too dumb to know what the normal price should be. There is no mistake, it was you Sir, the owner who did this. Good riddens.

Plus:
You replaced 1 or 2 breakers and you put the outdoor cover that was sitting on the ground back on. The dryer was fixed with the new breaker. Material should have been $50 and labor $100. I asked you for this type of breakdown and you rushed me to hand over my CC. You lack communication skills, customer service is totally absent.

I signed up for their maintenance plan for my 3 year old excellent working condition unit by looking at their reviews online. It's just a waste of time. The funny thing they did was visual inspection and did some Freon gas leakage as a task to test Freon gas level. The technician did not even give me basic checklist - neither paper nor electronic. Forget about cleaning coils, the technician did not even spray water on the unit. The manager Daryll has worst tone. When I called him, without even looking at the unit, without even checking what maintenance was done by technician, he talks with too much twisted tongue, saying he designed the maintenance guidelines. He says with arrogant tone that he is not going to clean debris. Not sure what his English language debris means. After I sent him photos, he says he the technician has time crunch, so he could not do it. Talks with too much twisted tones.

Darryl and His crew are Excellent professionals for all the A C. needs. Maintenance and new installation.
We've been customers for about 12 years and I can't find better service, price and reliability.
