We recently moved into an apartment and were told the carpet is new. As such, I had asked Bill with Heaven's Best, to just do a light cleaning on the tile. Well, the carpet ended up NOT being new. See 2nd photo of what he pulled out of the unit after the previous tenant.

Bill went ahead and deep cleaned it plus the tile and was also available short notice as his schedule opened up! He didn't charge me the full extra he could've, knowing we just didn't have it or expect the carpet to be older.

His work was exceptional (see 1st pic) and he was very professional. Once we move to a house, I will be calling him again. We'll definitely be repeat customers! Thanks to Bill and his nephew!

Heaven’s Best is truly AWESOME! Our dog chewed a pen and the ink leaked all over our family room rug! We called Heaven’s Best, who had previously done an excellent job for routine carpet cleaning. We thought that the rug was ruined but Heaven’s Best came to the rescue. They removed all of the ink stain from that rug and made it look as good as new! I highly recommend Bill and his sons!!!

This is the second time I’ve used Bill and his team. They are very professional, personable and always arrive on time. After they completed the carpet cleaning in the bedrooms I noticed a smell coming from the master bedroom. With the cat urinating in our room and with the cleaning of the carpets, if brought out the smell from the padding. I contacted Bill and he said he would be more than happy to come back out and use some pet treatment on the carpets. Wow is all I can say! The smell is gone and so are the stains.
