Set an appointment with them. Juan showed up on time even though there was a Hurricane going on. Entirely scrubbed the home from top to bottom. Got rid of a strong cat odor in my storage room, and removed set-in stains on the carpet. 5-star service.

Tech arrived on time. Began setting up and working right away. He managed to get rid of many awful carpet stains. Smell after was great. Great company and tech.

Highly, highly recommend!!!!! Juan was quick to answer my email pleading for help with deep cleaning. He was here right when he said he would be and did a FANTASTIC job. I don't walk into the bathroom now and cry. I would love for him to come back for the whole house and would recommend him to anyone. You will be glad you called, I promise!!!!!

We moved into our new place in Tampa and found that the previous cleaning people did an absolutely terrible job. Juan scheduled a time with us and showed up on time and cleaned everything so well. He cleaned the floors which had some kind of adhesive residue stuck around all of the edges, made the shower doors look like they were brand new. All of our appliances including the exterior and interior of our washer/dryer, oven, microwave, dishwasher. Everything looked absolutely perfect. I have no complaints whatsoever, this company really exceeded my expectations. Thank you, Juan.

I regret ever using this cleaning service! Juan cleaned my house and was cleaning so quickly that not only were some areas not as clean as I would hope, but he also broke our range hood chimney cover and our baby gate. Unfortunately I didn’t notice the baby gate until after he left but when I addressed the range hood cover he told me he didn’t do it and it was like that…I was able to locate a photo on my phone from before the cleaning to prove that it wasn’t like that. I called the manager the next day to explain everything and she was shocked and told me they have insurance and that I could invoice her for any replacements or repairs. I invoiced her for only the baby gate since it was very expensive and we were able to repair the range hood cover ourselves. She told me I never mentioned the baby gate even though I did on the phone with her and that she wasn’t going to pay for it. I should have initially emailed everything so that there was a paper trail, but I trusted her word over the phone. I’m so upset because my husband (without knowing about the baby gate) tipped Juan a lot and for what? A subpar cleaning and broken items in my home?! Basically these people are liars and I would never recommend them to anyone. In fact I let my real estate agent know to stop recommending them to her clients as well.
