Excellent company - true gem. From start to finish, Mayra and Adam went above and beyond to ensure our complete satisfaction. Not only did they install a beautiful, high quality fence, but their attention to detail and exceptional customer service truly sets them apart. What really impressed me was their commitment to communication. They kept me informed every step of the way, checking in regularly to make sure we were happy with progress. Even after the project was completed, they followed up to ensure we loved the the result. It is so incredibly rare to find a company that genuinely cares about their customers, but the Exclusive team exceeded all expectations. I would hire them again in a heartbeat! Worth every penny!

Adam came out to provide me a quote and told me what I actually needed he was very familiar with how FTL works and he made me very comfortable with my final decision to provide with him and his team. This company went above and beyond with our fence project. They were professional, flexible, kind, and very responsive throughout the entire process. Mayra and Adam closely followed every step from start to finish, ensuring everything was done right. Exclusive Custom Fence installed a wood shadowbox fence approximately two years ago. Adam Rand, the owner and his employees did a great job installing my new fence in a reasonable amount of time. everyone I spoke to, including Adam and the office staff were very professional. The installers did a great job. I recently had an issue with my gate sagging. I contacted the office and Adam sent two employees over the same day and it readjusted my gate. This company is the absolute best. Wow! Where to begin! As a GC of a decent size organization I must say this is what you call a top tier company. They actually care about the homeowner. We had many things come up during inspections not due to Exclusives fences job but because of the old existing structure I had. Not only did Adam and his team take care of it, but he didn’t even come back and ask me for more money when truly it was my responsibility as the homeowner. Things like this go far with me and I will only refer my customers to them. Mayra has been nothing but amazing to work with from organizing the job, crew, and inspections. I highly recommend working with Exclusive Fences. The owners, Mayra and Adam, are very professional and went above and beyond to make sure we loved our new fence. They made the process easy and handled the permitting process with Coral Springs very well. After consultations and quotes from 2 other companies, we were ready to give up on getting a new fence, but Exclusive Fences took their time and solved issues that other companies refused to address. They provided a competitive quote and scheduled the work promptly. The whole job was completed in 1 day (including tear down of the previous fence/gates) and the contractor did a really great job. Immediately you can tell that the customer service and experience comes first. To top it off their work is top quality. Their crew of men that came onto the job site were clean with their work space so I did not have to worry about a mess to clean after the crew left. During the beginning portion of process I had troubles with my association, but Adam and Mayra were so kind and so patient and did not give me a hard time at all. It helped take away any of the worry or pressure I felt about not being able to have answers for them from my association.
