Besides the good customer service at home depot everything else was a bad experience we bought a refrigerator it was delivery as requested but never got hooked up because the delivery guys excuse was that a plumber was needed my wife sent then a message to the number that was given to us but not reply at all
Home Depot should consider reviewing who is delivering this products the worst

We had a great experience and the gentleman gave great recommendations on what was needed to be done for AC unit

The replacement installation of a new water heater was done professionally, and within the time frame decided upon previously.
Home Depot has raised the bar on professional home improvement services.

I run into him in one of the Isles. I did not know that he is a assistant store manager and complain what I need from the store very professionally he explained to me what I need assigned a very professional lady that help me explain to me what they need how many I need and what quality is the products, regarding the service that I received from my assistant manager five stars from other two ladies that help me five stars if I could give them 10 stars , I would, fast professional service I purchased about $900 not much. Reschedule the delivery for Tuesday for the hours that they need them to do because Monday is Labor Day holiday so I cannot receive delivery in that condominium where DELIVERY goes!!! 5+ stars for the store and quality of the service on all levels..,

The name tells it all “Attic Fanatics” are an incredible team of fanatics with their professionalism, knowledge, reliable and courteous from beginning to end. Since my home was built in 1950 and have lived here for 29 years I’m sure the insulation in my attic was super old, dusty and dirty. Levi explained everything and answered all my questions or doubts. The team came and removed all the old contaminated insulation, sanitized, blow-in new insulation, air gap sealing, duct sealing and duct cleaning. Thank you again to the guys that worked non-stop on my attic.

Very good company. They cleaned out all the old insulation, sanitized and sealed (to the outside) the attic. They also covered all the high hat lights in the attic. Then the new insulation was put in. We also had our garage door insulated which promptly decreased the temperature by 3 degrees. Good service and everything cleaned up.

These guys are amazing. I had the team come out to check our attic insulation and also do some attic sanitization, as we were dealing with a musty smell. They gave me a few options to repair or replace the old insulation. While everyone has different needs, I decided to go for the replacement. They even offered a flexible payment plan that I couldn’t believe! The next day, the team was back to get everything done. These guys really know their stuff.
