Very bad experience
I would not recommend plumer Mike to anybody.
I called for repair he did not come but rather sent two employees with no license. They broke my neighbor's pipe and had spend 3 hours to fix it then when I negotiated the price he told his guys to close it and leave . I had to pay him the inflated price . The person over the phone was rude when I called back to ask for the owner I was tod by claudette that he is out of the country so it was over charged for licensed job performed by non licensed worker .
If you hire him fo not blame anybody other than yourself.

I am so grateful for Mike and his team for all the work they did removing the cast iron pipes from my house, I have gone through 14 plumbers in 6 years and Mike is definitely my new to go guy. I hope I don't need him in a long time ;) but I definitely recommend him to anyone who is looking for an honest guy with great work ethics and fair price. Even the city inspector mentioned what a great job his team does.

I called Plumber Mike on Monday morning because my master bathroom toilet was not flushing - within two hours there was a technician at my house (Dane). He had my toilet flushing within 10 minutes.

Will definitely use Plumber Mike if I have any plumbing needs in the future.

We recently used Plumber Mike’s for our sewer hookup. I cannot say enough positive things about our experience from the first visit to the completion of the project, Mike and his team were great. The work was done quickly once he got the permits and professionally. I would gladly recommend Plumber Mike’s to anyone that needs the services of a plumber.

Had them replace a flange/wax ring. Job took 2 hours and charged me $695. Toilet is still leaking and over priced for the work that was done. Would never go back again. Called numerous other plumbers and they all said I was over charged by at least $400. The guy who did the work was great but once I was not happy with the price he called the owner in front of me and said I was “crying about the price”.

I am writing this review because I am so thoroughly impressed with Plumber Mike’s services and the way he treated me during my kitchen renovation project. After hiring a large retailer to complete my project, only to fail me miserably halfway in, I was left with a sour taste in my mouth and a distrust for contractors. Plumber Mike made special arrangements with me to make me feel at ease. He completed every bit of work in the most timely manner and kept me up to date on every step of the process. Plumber Mike came to my house every day during the project to make sure that I had no issues and that the work was being done correctly. His communication was perfect and his attitude was sincere and genuine. Plumber Mike had a crew that worked inside my home for days without supervision and they NEVER crossed my trust. Every single crew member was polite, respectful, and professional. ***Plumber Mike repiped my entire kitchen (brought water lines in under the home instead of through the walls *as I requested, created a pot filler, ice box, dishwasher line, sanitary arm for my bathroom sink, new valves on my bathtub (shared wall with kitchen), completed new PVC sewer lines by replacing old cast iron***. If I EVER have a plumbing need in the future, big or small, I will call him. I have dealt with many contractors over the past few years and I will never call a different plumber. I am more than willing to share my full experience with anyone interested in knowing more. Even after I paid him in full, he continued to assist me and take my calls...... this is the guy you always hope you get when you need a plumber, but rarely (and I mean rarely) find.

Mike was highly recommended by a neighbor, since he had done the septic to sewer conversion for most of the neighborhood. He & his employees were very personable, prompt, and efficient. They handled the permitting & got everything done within two days. They also ran into some unexpected complications on our property, but honored our original quote (which was significantly lower than other companies we had contacted for estimates). Mike will definitely be the one we call if we have plumbing needs in the future & I give my highest recommendation!

We've been using Plumber Mike's for the past 10 years. Their plumbers have always been very competent, courteous and professional.
We recently had to have ALL our sewer pipes replaced under our house. They gave us a very reasonable quote, especially considering the extent of the work required. They expedited the permitting process and work. The pipe replacement was done with only a couple of times where we couldn't use the water, and then only for only 1 or 1-1/2 hours each. They restored the front lawn and driveway to their pre-job condition. Very pleased with the project.
I plan to use them for the next 10 years!

The city detected a leak and it was discovered that all 3 toilets needed new flush valves. His tec also noticed that the tank needed the washers/seal replaced. I also needed new stoppers for 4 sinks.
The tec, and Mike, was very courteous through the entire process. The tech should me what was needed at every step and left all bathrooms clean...like there was no work done inside.

Plumber Mike and his staff provided the best service!

My elderly uncle had a leak in his bath and toilet and we didn't know how to fix it. Someone had recommended Plumber Mike and I'm so happy that we contacted them. They explained the problem in terms that I could understand and clearly outlined the process to rectify the issue.

They were patient, diligent, reliable and efficient and the price was good. I am happy that I now have a reliable plumber that I can contact!

We had a whole home water filtration system installed at our house by Plumber Mike’s and have seen a dramatic improvement in the water quality. It’s even noticeable when I shower and makes my hair feel really soft. We change the filter monthly and am disgusted with what it’s filtering out from Fort Lauderdale’s tap. Highly recommend the pros at Plumber Mike’s for great service and upfront pricing.

I have used Plumber Mike's twice now to help with plumbing issues and repairs in my parents' apartments. They are very good! They show up when they say they will, do a great job, and their pricing is fair. They are very helpful and I absolutely recommend them. Claudette in the office is a pleasure to work with. I most recently had a toilet replaced and they were able to take care of this quickly. Thank you, Plumber Mike's!

Untrustworthy and dishonest.

They told me my outside tankless water heater couldn’t be repaired and I would get a top-of-the-line replacement with installation for $3,500. Even for that money, they told me the controller unit was an additional option, although the box clearly stated it was included! After much complaining, they miraculously appeared with one the following day.
The unit they put in is a “value” low end model that was for sale (retail) at both Home Depot and the manufacturer through Amazon for $618. They were dishonest about the cost and quality of the actual water heater and totally took advantage of me as a trusting customer.
Because all the piping was already there and it only took a couple of hours to do the work, I asked for an itemized receipt with a breakdown of the cost. My request verbally to the owner and through multiple emails have just been ignored.

Regarding the quality of the work - they left with holes in the wall and I had to call them back to get them filled. The electrical wiring is shoddy - tie wrapped to a pipe from an open hose - and it may even be unsafe. Judge for yourself from the photos.
On top of all this, they disconnected my garage freezer for a power tool and didn’t plug it back in. By the time I noticed, a significant amount of food had already been wasted.

This owner has been totally unwilling to explain the gross overcharging and refused to make amends for this or any of the other issues. He has a complete disregard for the fact that I am an extremely unhappy customer.
Their website says “Plumber Mike’s was founded on, and continues to take great pride in our goal of 100% customer satisfaction”. That is just a lie.

I strongly warn anyone considering using this company to stay away as they are nothing more than dishonest con-artists. I was totally scammed and ripped off. Don’t make that mistake.

In terms of connecting to a sewer system from septic, they are very good. However, for general plumbing needs, VERY POOR SERVICE. very high priced to simply change a faucet, technician did not do correctly, ended up costing almost a thousand dollars to fix with no reimbursement. Most importantly, being treated as a low priority without follow-up or return calls unless i was totally persistent. Do not recommend for anything other than sewer connections.

I made an appointment with this company for yesterday between 11:00 am and 12:00 pm never show up they send Raider Rooter at 5:30 PM pump the septic tank and then handed and invoice for almost $600.00 three times the amount that I was quote I said NO Way and they threat me to dump the septic tank product back into my tank. NOT ACCEPTABLE WAY OF TREATING CUSTOMERS BY THREAT THEM YOU SHOULD APOLOGIZES AND NEVER SEND SOME ONE ELSE TO DO YOUR WORK I DON'T KNOW IF YOU ARE THE SAME OWNERS THAT MAY BE WHAT HAPPEN THAT WAY YOU CAN MAKE MORE MONEY
