Omer is the HVAC technician who solved our AC problem and serviced our "Goodman" machine. He was very courteous, called before and came on time. Once on site, he listed possible problems and then quickly found the solution.
Omer gave an estimate cost before starting the job, and after fixing the issue he suggested ways to perform basic home maintenance. He also suggested alternatives to improve air flow and temperature, and clearly mentioned all prices upfront, no hidden fees.
The business "AC Repair" was professional, reliable and affordable, fair prices for a good and courteous technician and service.
Thank you Adelle, thank you Omer.Issue was: Thermostat went off (blank) and fresh air died, out of the blue. This model has no batteries and there was nothing wrong with circuit breakers. Drain was clogged and unit needed some extra AC gas to be more efficient.

Rolando was the technician that serviced my unit and he was excellent. Super nice, honest, and didn't just try to charge me for extra work that was unnecessary. He was extremely helpful and answered all of my questions. I would call them again. Job well done!
