I can't say enough great things about Benson & Benson Air Conditioning Service! From the moment I called, their team was incredibly professional, responsive, and courteous. I had an issue with my AC system on a Sunday afternoon here in Weston—of course, during one of the hottest weekends of the year—and they were at my home within just a few hours.
The technician was knowledgeable, honest, and respectful of my home. He quickly diagnosed the problem, explained everything clearly, and had my AC back up and running in no time. What really stood out to me was that there were no hidden fees, and they even waived the trip charge, which was a huge plus. You can tell this is a family-run company that truly cares about its customers.
They didn't try to upsell me on things I didn’t need, and the pricing was very fair, especially compared to other quotes I received. The technician also gave me some great tips on how to keep my system running efficiently moving forward.
