Answered the phone (unusual these days) and made an appointment to come the same day. Kept me apprised of his arrival time. Was able to identify the problem and fix it without ordering a whole bunch of expensive parts. Followed up to be sure all was well. I’d highly recommend Keith.

My Samsung dryer stopped heating. I called Keith from a google search and he was very nice, explained how he prices his services. That made me feel comfortable and gave me a sense of trust. I called at 3:40 and he was here at 5:10(early!). 30 min and $160 later my dryer is heating again. My dryer hose was too long and got crimped in the back tripping the heat sensor. Heating element was protected by it. I can see people like me getting taken advantage of by telling me I needed to replace the expensive part and not the $10 part. He cut the hose and positioned it properly. Thank you Keith!

WOW, WOW, July 15th, I called this company late evening after I had my refrigerator fixed a week prior with another company. Still was having the same issues and it wasn't properly fixed. Keith came out to look and fix the problem. Originally it was a heat element, End up being a defrost board. That was

Wow, just wow.

Came out on short notice and fixed our fridge that has had issues since day one. The level of experience was incredible, troubleshooting issues that seemed to defy sanity. Up and running in less than 2 hours, including a run to get parts. Can't complain about labor charges either, giving the trouble this thing gave him.

And then, the next day, Keith texts to verify all is still OK. WHAT SERVICE

Service arrived within a two hour window...quickly diagnosed ice maker faulty part and returned within a few hours and new part installed. We are back with ice again; thank you so much! I will definitely use this repair person for any appliance need. He is local to Winter Garden/Windermere and my new "go to guy" for appliance repair!

Keith came to our rescue the same mornimg that we called him. He got our refrigerator running. He had to pick up a necessary part and was able to accommodate our schedule. He also checked in the next morning to see if the refrigerator was doing OK. I would highly recommend him.
