Keith is fantastic. I had an issue with my dishwasher. He responded the same day. He is very knowledgeable and detail oriented. He followed up with me afterward to make sure everything was still working great. In the future, if I have an issue with any appliances, he is the first person I will call!

WG Appliance is amazing. Keith came out on such a short notice to help me repair my dryer that was not operating.

He was very thorough and elaborated on what the diagnoses and problems were with the dryer; he even showed me through demonstration why it was not working and it all made sense.

Before this repair, I had another repair with a company for the same appliance and the work was not top quality, and when he opened the dryer, he noticed some of the inconsistencies that occurred with the previous repair company, so he went above and beyond and even fixed those minor discrepancies.

I am also happy with his pricing for services. Keith is my go-to-guy for all my appliance needs moving forward!

The technician was incredibly respectful, professional, and tidy—he cleaned up after himself and made sure not to disrupt our home. Now, both appliances are working perfectly, just as expected. I truly appreciated his prompt timing, as well as his communication. Diagnosed the issue, without hesitation went and got the part to fix my washing machine. As a landscaper, clean clothes are as paramount to me as my equipment.

He made sure to test the machine, did find a small leak and immediately fixed it while charging the same price. Also his price was more than $150 cheaper than another companies quote.
