Reviews of local pros in Windermere, Florida

Joey is absolutely awesome! I texted him, and he got back to me within minutes and let me know what his availability was. When he came out, he was both efficient and did a great job. He even offered to wash down some of our outdoor furniture, and got rid of stains that we have been battling with for years. He was incredibly respectful of our stuff outside, didn’t leave a mess like a lot of pressure wash companies we’ve used have, and was truly one of the best pressure washes we have had! He’s an incredibly kind person with great customer service. Our pool deck looks great and we can enjoy some time outside. Thanks so much, Joey! Definitely our go to moving forward.

Just had Mike from The Pressure Specialist pressure wash and thoroughly clean my driveway, sidewalks and walkway and I can't recommend them highly enough. I called them yesterday, they gave me a quote over the phone which was extremely fair and came out today at the exact tine we had discussed...he even texted me ahead of time to let me know he was on his way. They did an outstanding job and were super friendly and professional. I'll definitely be calling them again!

The Team was great to work with! Joey was very responsive and answered all my questions to ensure alignment on services as well as scheduling. Lorenzo arrived on time and was very friendly and knowledgeable. He did a great job pressure washing and cleaning the areas as outlined and discussed in the walk through. Looking forward to working with the team again as I highly recommend them!

Fantastic service from start to finish! Booking was super easy, the team communicated clearly, and they did an incredible job soft washing our windows—even taking care of some tricky spots. Everything is sparkling and spotless—our home feels refreshed and brighter than ever. Professional, friendly, and efficient. Highly recommend! 🌟

Joey and Michael with Joey’s Pressure Washing were an absolute delight to do business with. I was in desperate need of pressure washing for my sidewalk, driveway, and fence. Normally I handle it myself, but after recently losing my mother, it was one more thing I just couldn’t take on.

Joey and Michael had no idea what I was going through until they read this review. They were a true blessing. They quickly provided a quote and made it out the very next day, which helped ease one less burden during a really difficult time. That alone meant more than they know.

I would not only recommend them to anyone, but I will absolutely be retiring my own pressure washer just to hire them again. Thank you both for being so genuine. That kind of care is rare in a world where so many businesses treat you like just another transaction. I am truly grateful for the work you did for us and for making the entire process smooth and easy - Tara

The Pressure Specialist guys performed an amazing job on our roof windows walls and gutters. Even the walkways and driveway. Professional, on time, took the time to explain the work and even worked in temperatures in the upper 30s….in Orlando! Amazing price. The house looks new and clean. Took care to be cautious of landscaping too. Will definitely call these guys again!

Joseph was quick on communication when I asked for a quote with my laundry list of requests (sidewalk, driveway, patio, house, fence). The job was scheduled and completed within a few days. Michael came out to complete the service and did a fantastic job. He was detailed, timely, and communicated well on expectations. I highly recommend these guys for any pressure washing needs!

BIG FAN! I’ve had bad past experiences pressure wash providers - most use high pressure and strip the top layer of tile or concrete - that causes pitting and encourages more dirt and mold. The Pressure Specialist uses a softer spray and rely on both the technique and product to do the work. About 2 hours to complete the roof, driveway and they treated exterior walls and other vertical surfaces with their product. Check out the before and after! See that my roof tiles are in tact and not stripped of their surface!

They did such a great job! They removed the large oil stain on my driveway, and the pavers look vastly improved. They were fast, thorough, and reasonably priced. Highly recommended!

I just had my home pressure washed. Joey did an amazing job! He is extremely professional. Best prices around! I will definitely call him again!

These guys are the best. Friendly, professional, and super talented. They communicated well, in a timely manner, and even provided free drone photos before and after.

Awesome job. On time. Quick. Efficient. Roof was filthy but they cleaned it right up! Highly recommend.

We had a great experience with Joey Myrtetus for our residential property. He was extremely nice, professional, and very helpful throughout process. He took his time, paid attention to detail, and the results were excellent — our home looks so much cleaner and refreshed. Communication was easy, pricing was excellent, and the quality of work exceeded expectations. Highly recommend and would absolutely use him again.

The Pressure Specialists Joey and Michael did an awesome job pressure cleaning my driveway, sidewalks and exterior of the house. Looks great and the price was very reasonable too. Both guys were very friendly too. The Pressure Specialist is definitely saved in my contacts for future cleanings and referrals.

I had a great experience with The Pressure Specialist! Super professional, reliable, and the results came out amazing. If you’re in the Bay Hill area, definitely contact them — you won’t be disappointed!

I’m so impressed with The Pressure Specialist! I called them just last night and they came out first thing today. The team was friendly, professional, and worked efficiently. My driveway and sidewalk look absolutely amazing—like brand new! Excellent job from start to finish. I highly recommend if you want quick service and fantastic results.

Awesome job.
Best price in town. You never find better quality. Using their service since 2021.
Great gentlemen.

I reached out to the pressure specialist and received a quote within minutes—they were incredibly prompt and professional. They were able to schedule us for the same week, and when the team arrived, they completed the job both quickly and flawlessly. Not only was the service efficient, but the quality of work was outstanding. I highly recommend their services and will be sharing my positive experience with others!

Joey is very nice, very friendly especially to seniors. He tried his best to match our schedule. His team is professional and got the job done perfectly. The price is reasonable. We will recommend him to all of our friends when they need.

Excellent Service – Highly Recommended!
I am extremely pleased with the work done on my home. The walls had a significant amount of mold, and the company did an outstanding job pressure, washing and cleaning everything thoroughly. All the mold was completely removed without damaging or fading the paint, which was very important to me. I am amazed by the change of my house. It looks new.
The technician was professional, careful, and clearly skilled at what he does. My home looks fresh and renewed thanks to his superb work.
I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for quality, reliable, care, and meticulous cleaning professional services.
