The team at Servpro was wonderful! They responded to my call almost immediately and were very thorough in handling the water leak in our home. All of the workers I encountered were kind and professional and answered any questions I had along the way. Thank you Servpro!

After significant flooding to our home, ServePro had an extremely quick response time and immediately got to work removing water and setting up equipment . They were friendly and helped us feel at ease during the stress. Joey is extremely personable and has been an absolute pleasure to work with, putting all of the moving parts into place. Nikki, Rhonda, Eddie, Justin, & the crew were extremely helpful and professional with the pack-out of all of our belongings. With the need to replace wood floors in our entire home, Nikki treated our belongings like they were her own and managed the staff like a pro. We would 100% recommend ServePro to all friends and family.

Mike provided exceptional service with our kitchen flood. He provided the immediate help in quickly removing the moisture, but also sent their contractor, Frank to help assess the damage. Frank compiled the detailed loss report, so we could get properly reimbursed by our insurance company. We are very appreciative and would recommend them highly.

Lenny from Servpro came to remove a vanity damaged in my father's house. He was very efficient and worked very quickly. He left the area very clean. He was very knowledgeable about the process and explained everything. Would recommend.

Water damage sucks but working with ServPro was so easy. My tech Lenny answered all my questions and was very thorough with the assessment. He came out next day and installed on day of. I would highly recommend them!

If I could give them a negative 5 star I would. I don’t mind the cost but if they had done something!! By the time they got there, all they did was tell me the drywall was wet but they don’t “find” the leak. Put up a few fans and a dehumidifier!! Then told me
To call another company to find the leak (which was from a window seal that was leaking). So $1,000 down the toilet. I could have done what they did without the aggravation of dealing with them. I should have gone to Home Depot or Lowe’s and rent the equipment. Completely wasted money. Never using them again!!!

I received outstanding service by Lenny. He kept me informed of the cleanup procedure from start to finish. I never needed ServPro services until recently and I would definately call them again should the need arise.

We were very impressed with the professional service that Scott Tracy gave us when he came to our home for help with our A/C concerns. Called after leak in slab and it was easy to schedule. The techs Lenny & Caleb were quite organized, informative and readily answered all of our questions. They were quite detailed in their investigation and instructions. Other than the nuisance of being without water, this has been a good experience. Recommended.

I had a water leak in my house on Saturday. I contacted Servpro of West Orange as the amount of water was overwhelming; however we were able to get most of the water up with towels and a wet vac. I didn’t know what to do next which is why I called Servpro.
Jonathan showed up within 30 minutes. He explained the protocols and my options. I appreciated his honesty and candor. He was thoughtful and thorough. I appreciated everything Jonathan did to refute my anxiety and stress during a stressful situation.

I would recommend Servpro and Jonathan if ever on another soggy situation.

Both Castillo and Jonathan V were absolutely amazing. They came to our office because we had a dangerous situation in the bathroom where one of the ceiling tiles was about to give in due to being wet. They both acted very professional and explained all they did. Ceiling looks new and we feel safe thanks to these 2 excellent technicians! Thank you guys! The world needs more of you!

ServPro did an amazing job for us. Scott & his team were consummate professionals and handled every aspect of our emergency with tremendous customer service. They were on time, on budget and were careful in moving our belongings both into and out of storage. We give Scott and his team credit for helping us plan around the Christmas holidays and they never missed a beat. We haven't had a better customer experience with a company in the 11 years we've lived in Florida.

Lenny and John V. From West Orange were fantastic! Explained everything that was happening, were very polite and friendly and got the job done with no hassles. The woman that answered the phone was great too. Sandy I think it was. Got the guys out here as quick as possible. I would definitely call them again and recommend them to friends.

Servpro Saves the Day! Your team was fixing my elderly neighbors house that got hit by lightning and doing a great job! Then we discovered a kitten in the large oak tree... Justin scaled the tree with ropes and rescued the scared little kitten! Way to go above and beyond!

I NEED to put this out there. Nikki, Edddie and crew were AMAZING!! They were given two days to empty out two pods and rebuild furniture. They did it in 6 hours. They handled everything gently, FAST, super friendly, and made sure everything was where it needed to be and we were comfortable. They cleaned as they went, and even reassembled a bed that I thought was gonna be impossible. I can't thank them enough and show enough gratitude. I hope your team sees this, and they get the recognition they deserve!
