While staying at our air bnb two techs from Prime Pools came out to do the clean and maintenance. I spoke with them both as they worked and they were extremely friendly, kind and thorough cleaning. Cleaned around outside deck areas of pool and rinsed all filters well. Checked everything and were a pleasure to speak to. I highly recommend them for any renters who want to make sure their pools are maintained for their guests while they rent out or use their own homes. Well done!

I had a pool company I was pleased with, but they were bought out by another company, and my pool started to have problems. Prime Water Pool Services to the rescue! They got my pool sparkling and have maintained it thoroughly and well ever since. I’ve been pleased with their service!

ServPro of West Orange was recommended by my Insurance Adjuster and within 2 hours I had a call from Cindi who came out quickly to assess all of our belongings.

Her onsite visit along with her extensive knowledge and tests determined we had smoke damage and soot in 2 others room that wasn’t visible to the naked eye. Cindi worked with us to get a date scheduled very quickly.

Cindi and the team arrived on-time and I felt right at ease. They showed empathy and understood my hovering around (not easy having strangers in your house touching your personal belongings).

They asked questions on where to put things, didn’t break anything and showed care for even a piece of paper. They even set my piggy bank collection on our dresser (they should add designers to their website).

They were family within a couple hours! Family in our house is brought together with a fantastic meal. I decided to surprise them with pizza and wings for lunch. I wouldn’t let them say no, they got our home back to normal and I was so thankful.

Everything looks like new and even though I don’t want to go through what we did ever again, if I had to I would want this team to come back!

This past February, my husband and I had our new defective flooring removed and later replaced in our new home. The builder arranged for ServPro to seal up and protect from dust and debris all of our drawers and cabinets in the kitchen, closets and bathrooms, as well as in the office and laundry rooms. It was a huge job which neither one of us were looking forward to, at all. We had no idea what to expect when Cameron Gage arrived at 10:15 am on that Friday morning. Cameron was pleasant, friendly, polite, diligent and hard working. He worked pretty much non-stop until he completed the job at 5:45! What could have been a nightmare turned into a very good experience. Thank you Cameron !!!

Had a water pipe burst overnight. Within a few hours of calling, Johnathan and Kenny came and assessed the water damage situation and immediately began the process of drying the area where the leak occurred to avoid any further damage. They were skilled, knowledgeable and took the time to answer any questions and I avoided any additional issues thanks to their quick response.

Norman and the guys at ServPro were amazing. They were timely when the bottom floor of our house was flooded, thorough with their inspection, knowledgeable, very friendly, and offered open communication after the job was done in case we needed anything more. Highly recommended!

Scott Tracy was perhaps the most thorough and comprehensive service professional I’ve ever dealt with. He took the necessary time to analyze the problem, and even found some issues I wasn’t aware of. And at no time did he push services or fees on me. And in fact, his exhaustive report is being used in an insurance claim because it was so professionally done. Can’t recommend Scott enough.

Servpro and the representative that we worked with, Kelly, were absolutely incredible! Kelly was helpful, empathetic and extremely knowledgeable. We had a dishwasher flood in our kitchen with laminate wood flooring and thanks to Kelly from Servpro coming out within less than two hours of us calling, we had the laminate wood up quickly enough to save most of the pieces to be reinstalled once the subfloor was dry. I cannot recommend Servpro enough and Kelly deserves a massive raise with her being as good as she is. I true asset to the company. In what is obviously a difficult time for a homeowner, she provided much needed knowledge, support, empathy and reassurance. Thank you!

Thank you to my pack out team members Nikki, Ronda, Eddie and Justin for taking the stress out of a horrible situation. I recently had water damage in February effecting entire condo. I am disabled and currently very ill. I don't know how I would have coped w moving my entire condo to fix the damage without such a kind and competent team. Servpro provided outstanding service on damage caused by upper kitchen cabinets that came off the wall, crashed, resulting in broken contents throughout the kitchen. Marty promptly responded, expertly navigated us through the recovery process and arranged immediate clean-up of this unusual occurrence.

The crew also did a great job. They were thorough, supportive and the clean-up results were excellent.

When we discovered what appeared to be mold on some wood floor boards that share a wall with our shower, we panicked. A quick call to Servpro was all it took to get the answers we needed. Scott came out as scheduled to take a look and his expertise, honesty, and thorough evaluation was beyond top-notch. I would recommend Servpro without hesitation. And based on how honest and transparent Scott was, they are the only company I would trust during any home damage restoration.

Thomas he is a lifesaver! Calm and professional, he showed up after my upstairs neighbors decided to redo their bathroom and ended up flooding my office below.

Thomas’ quick assessment of what needed to be done and has confidence in what he was doing, gave me a sense of peace and calmed me down. He also explained exactly what he was doing and even showed me on a couple of devices where the water was and what he was looking for and his plan to take care of my problem.

Mike returned with Thomas the next day to check on everything and both of them seemed pleased with the progress. They arrived this morning (after almost 4 solid days of fans and dehydrating machines), and informed me that everything looked good and dry. They removed the equipment quickly and left a very happy customer behind.

Based on this experience, I would highly recommend Thomas (and also Mike) for anyone who is going through the nightmare of water leakage/damage.

Lenny did a great job with our water/mold damage from an AC leak. Professional and courteous. Explained things and helped get everything coordinated for insurance as well.

Had some water damage in two bedrooms last week. Kyle and Rob showed up and quickly got to work. They were very professional and let me know exactly what they were doing and what the next steps in the process would be. Over the next 3-4 days they would call to let me know they were on their way first thing in the morning and worked to get the carpet dry as well as walls and baseboards. In such a stressful situation it was great to have two employees that knew what they were doing and got everything dry within a matter of days. These guys are a credit to ServPro and I’m glad they were assigned to my job.

Nikki and Kenny were great from the moment they got here to the moment they left. We had a lot of damage in our master bedroom due to a tree falling through our roof and ceiling. Ceiling fell in with all the insulation on top. Within 3 hours they completed and when they finished and we did the walk through we were blown away. How clean and organized AND they taped off with plastic and tape out whole ceiling so that no more debris would come in. We appreciated them and their work.
