Excellent cleanliness in my pool. Very attentive, and careful. It takes the necessary time to take care of our pool. I approve and recomend.

I went through a few pool companies before I found Prime Water Pool Service. They are the absolute BEST! Very professional and my pool never looked better. Highly recommend their services!!

So professional. We are first time pool home owners and on the first visit here he took the time to explain everything to us we needed to know. Is always very courteous and polite. Would recommend to anyone!!

We just moved to Orlando and our pool sat for a month. It was pretty dirty but Geraldo came out the same day I called Prime and cleaned it up very nicely. He also dug out and cleaned out our pool equipment and it looks much better. I would definitely recommend them!

Thanks for our partnership it's only the beginning!!!

Since Prime Water Pool Service has been taking care of my pool on a weekly basis my pool has never looked better! Besides the weekly chemical check, my pump and filtration system has also been maintained. I highly recommend this affordable, professional, friendly pool service.

Very happy with the service they provided us past 2 years! If I wasn’t moving to different state I would still have them as my primary pool service. Very responsible and reasonable for central Orlando! Thank you prime water pool service family!

The initial first cleaning, they charge way more for, then it's suppose to be once per week to include everything. I was lucky if they showed up and got lucky if they vacuumed my pool depending on who they chose to send on a given week. Depending on the pool boy, they wouldn't even put my pool in service mode. They would keep it on while cleaning. Very unprofessional and not one person spoke English. Horrible experience.

These Guys Did an AMAZING job, they cleaned the pool quick & there was ALOT of algae & hard stains on the walls for a year, yet they only charged me $400! They were also very nice and scrubbed the walls & upper walls for me for free. Also told me all the things I need to buy. This was a very well rounded service, I enjoyed it all around👌 thank you!

Prime Water Pool Service is THE BEST value for your time and money. I’ve been their customer for almost 2 years now and have had experience with their Excellent staff and Outstanding service. Geraldo is the most professional, efficient and extremely knowledgeable pool expert. He does a fantastic job with our pool every week! 5-stars!!!

My pool and the sides of my pool walls were green due to other careless pool cleaning companies. Prime water pool came out and completely walked me through what needed to be done and did a deep cleaning of my pool. The next day my pool was sparkling and has been since they started 2 weeks ago. They were very professional and actually show up on the day they said they will be there. I would definitely, actually highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable pool cleaning company.

Prime Pools have been doing a great job keeping my pool very clean. Unfortunately we have an open pool, so the leaves are a real pain. But the pool looks great for at least some days after when there’s no wind. Is just nature’s fault (and the lack of a screen).
Overall they have given a very good service.

Prime Water Pools has been my Vendor for the 3 pools at the Condo Association I manage. They have always been trustworthy. The pools are 100% clearer than before we used them, they send weekly reports and stop in the office to make sure all is well. I manage a different property now and Prime Water Pools won that contract due to their consistency and hard work.

I'm so glad I got rid of my old pool service provider and decided to give Prime Water Pool Service a try! Yesterday was their first visit and they spent 4x the amount of time on my pool than the other company I had. The pool looks so much better now. They did an excellent job and are also very quick to respond to any questions. Very professional. I highly recommend them. Thank you!!!

Prime Water is taking care of my pool since 2019. Excellent job, fair price, the owner (Geraldo) is always calling to know if you are satisfied with the work done. They are honest and you can trust them.
