I rarely leave reviews, but I had such a great experience with Desantis Roofing that I had to share. Their team was incredibly respectful of our home, and the whole process was smooth. They worked fast but didn’t sacrifice quality, and our roof looks better than we expected. If you need a reliable roofing company, these are the people to call!

Our sunroom roof had been flooding every time it rained. We finally reached the point where we couldn’t leave the house if there was even a hint of inclement weather on the radar. A trusted family friend recommended DeSantis Roofing, so we gave them a call. Within 24 hours, AJ, the owner, was at our house—giving the roof and surrounding area a thorough evaluation, taking note of the problems, and addressing every question and concern with real solutions.

From that point on, the team worked steadily and professionally—showing up on time, cleaning up each day, and storing supplies safely so they could pick up right where they left off. We unexpectedly needed a new roof section and a new skylight, and both were installed without any delay to the project. A whole new section was built and waterproofed, the roof sealed, and new flashing installed.

We finally have a room that we can use without worrying every time it rains. We are extremely satisfied with the work and highly recommend them for their professional, friendly, and courteous service.

My family has been in this house for generations, and the old roof had historical value, but it was just too worn out. We wanted a replacement that respected the home's character. The design consultant spent hours with us, going through different shingle styles and colors, even suggesting unique flashing designs that would fit the aesthetic. The crew was exceptionally skilled, carefully protecting the original siding and landscaping. There was one minor delay with a custom trim piece, but the project manager kept us informed and it didn’t impact the overall quality. The result is ABSOLUTELY STUNNING 🏡 — a roof that looks period-appropriate yet offers modern protection. We are incredibly proud of how it turned out becuase it truly honors the home’s history.

The DeSantis crew did a fantastic job on our roof makeover! They were thorough, kept in touch throughout the process, and made the place look great. The owner also shared helpful suggestions that made our roof look fresh and new—without going over budget. Couldn’t be happier with the results! 👍

Our old roof was falling apart—fading shingles, a drippy skylight, and some sketchy flashing around the vents. I was, like, totally stressed about tackling such a big project, but the folks I called made it feel so easy. Their friendly response on the phone put my mind at ease, and they set up a time to check out our home in Winter Garden. They inspected every inch, explaining how new shingles and updated flashing would keep us dry through Florida’s storms. We also decided to add new seamless gutters, which they said would be a game-changer. The work kicked off smoothly, with tarps keeping our yard spotless. The skylight was sealed with incredible care, and the vent flashing was done with precision, making our roof look brand new. They checked in regularly, ensuring we were thrilled with how things were shaping up. The finished roof is gorgeous, and the gutters work flawlessly, giving our home a fresh, secure vibe. I’m so happy with the work 😊—our house feels like a fortress now!
