Kyle is a great generalist. This particular time he cleaned my patio, balcony windows, and got mildew off of a really hard to reach window. For home maintenance issues that need “figuring out”, he’s a great one to call!

Had an issue with our cable/WiFi yesterday and the local cable company concluded that they needed to update a faulty cable splitter - which was located behind a closed up wall in our main BR closet (previous owner doing). Fortunately, they were able to give us a temporary fix but the remedy was to dismantle one side of our custom closet to get to the splitter (yikes) to swap it out. In desperation, one of my friends recommended KFD Services to help. And thank goodness I did! I reached out Kyle at KFD Services to see if they could do it and not only can they do it, he offered a solution that won’t impact the closet wall! I loved that he was incredibly responsive, and came over the next day to assess the situation as well as offered feasible and a more efficient solution to solve the issue! I am so please that we won’t have to dismantle our custom closet! AND he’s coming back to clean out our dryer vents (which are quite dirty) and a bunch of other “honey do” items that my honey (i.e my husband) won’t do! LOLOL. Thank goodness for Kyle at KFD Services!

We hired KFD to pressure wash multiple areas including the exterior of our house, sidewalk, and pool deck comprised of pavers. In addition, KFD was hired to seal the pavers to prevent issues moving forward. Kyle and Nolan were extremely diligent and we could not be more pleased! Kyle has many excellent qualities: he is hard working, prompt, honest, straightforward, curious, flexible, responsive, polite and he does great work quickly. If he knows someone that can do a good job Kyle will recommend them and if he does not know he will find out. So far he has done power washing of the whole house and driveway for us. I recommend him highly!
