Customer service was great. Answered all my questions and gave me a quote. My rug looks fantastic. So glad they could save it from going into a landfill.

Demetrius did a great job! I asked that one room get spot treated for pet spots and he assured it would be the best treatment he could provide. I appreciated the care and attention to detail he had.

Amazing. The transformation was outstanding. We have pets and initially had no fence for our dog to not reach the stairs. Needless to say he’s had quite a few accidents during thunder storms in Florida. On top of that my husband, our roommate, and I work in the restaurant industry and often track in dirt and debris from work😓 No more of that! The two gentlemen were professional and worked diligently. The results were a complete change! 10/10 would recommend service and they are definitely worth a tip on top of service! This is a terrific experience. Communication was very clear and prompt, and the work done was impeccable. We had tile and grout cleaned as well as carpets cleaned, and the estimate Kurt gave me was very fair, and the work Aaron did was top-notch. I am very pleased with the work that was done at my home. Aaron made sure to greet me and to go through everything with me. He was so nice and respectful in explaining how long and what to expect.

So I have a new puppy who has had a few accidents and even though I cleaned with different types of cleaners the smell would not go away. I have also not had my grout cleaned or sealed since we bought our home - over 16 years.

The results - my tile looks brand new and no more smell from my puppies accidents. I am soooo happy!!

The service I received was outstanding! Mr. Kurt - Owner was very responsive to my questions. When I reached out to First Impressions via text Kurt was quick to text me right back within minutes. The company had a challenge in bringing our Chinese Area Rugs back to life, but they were up to the challenge and the rugs look Beautiful! I highly recommend First Impressions. Thank you!

We have a beautiful 5x8 oriental rug in our family room. And it has been a source of pride. But then our lab Katie decided one night to get into the pantry and eat a 5 pound bag of raw potatoes. By the time we arose the next morning, Katie had deposited two very large piles of partially digested potatoes on our beautiful rug. Not only did it stink, but it soaked into the fibers and left some very nice brown spots. I used my handy Bissell rug shampoo machine, but Katie had been really generous in her deposits, and, as you can see from the pictures, even after shampooing it 3 times, Katie had securely left her mark!!!

I found First Impressions on Google. I called and talked to Kim and sent pictures. She called back and with confidence said that they could fix it. So, what the heck, it couldn't look any worse!!

I arrived and husband Kurt also felt confident that he would be able to clean it. AND, as much as my wife loves the carpet, she HATES the fringe and the ends. And Kurt said he had a solution for that, a company that he works closely with that could fix that.

Bottom line, the carpet looks as good as did the day I bought it 45 years ago. And no more fringe.

Personally, I was a bit skeptical that Kurt, who is the owner of First Impressions, could really produce the magic he was promising. BUT, I was wrong. First Impressions did an incredible job. I HIGHLY recommend Kurt and Kim of First Impressions for your carpet needs. The job was incredible and the price was extremely fair.

Oh, they also sell carpet. And if they do as good a job installing carpet as they do cleaning it, they should be your first call.

We had three large area rugs cleaned with First Impressions and they did an excellent job. Our rugs came back looking like they were brand new. They picked up and delivered, plus they moved heavy furniture as needed. We highly recommend their cleaning service.

Had a wonderful experience working with Kurt on our cotton blend flatweave rug! There was a ton of dirt buildup and tough stains from our dog/coffee, and he returned it good as new.

You can tell he’s really passionate about his work and goes the extra mile to make sure everything is perfect. We’re very grateful to have come across his company and will absolutely be a returning customer in the future!

I wish I had before photos but unfortunately I do not. I have many white upholstery pieces so you can imagine what they look like being touched by not only adults but children. All my furniture and rugs look brand new after First Impressions preformed their magic. If you are looking for a great company to clean rugs and upholstery look no further!!

I recently purchased a “new” rug from a big box furniture store. It showed up filthy. We couldn’t return it. Then my new puppy decided the rug was a bathroom. I tried to clean it myself and pretty much thought the $1000 rug was ruined. Then my wife found First impressions. From the start the interaction was professional and the fees were transparent. We agreed on a price to clean the rug with the expectation set that the rug would probably have some discoloration from my attempts to clean it.
