Andrew and his team did a great job restoring and sealing my Pool and Driveway Pavers when previous companies did not meet my expectations. I confidently recommend Safely Soft Wash for Paver Restoration and any other cleaning project you may have. I will use them again.

They did a great job of cleaning the vinyl siding at my home. Felt brand new and has held up well. Great price and value. Definitely will be customer for a long time. Highly recommended!

It is always nice when a vendor exceeds my expectations as my expectations are always high! The Safely Softwash Team did just that. They showed up as promised, did an excellent job, asked for my review of the work before they left the property so we were both on the same page. I would highly recommend them if you want a vendor who takes pride in their work and has a professional team doing the tasks.

Safely Softwash did my neighbor’s roof and siding. I spoke with one of the technicians who was so polite and so professional I decided to hire them to clean my roof, siding, and driveway. They were on time and made sure that none of my plants or landscaping would be affected by the cleaning. The quality of the job was superior! I was amazed to see that my roof was back to its original color! I was anticipating having to paint my house trim, but they cleaned it up so well I don’t even think it needs painting. My driveway and sidewalks look great as well. When the property manager from your HOA compliments the work, you know you hired the right company. I 100% recommend Safely Softwash!

Due to what they said was a training issue only the main roof was done and the pool enclosure and other portions of roof in the pool area were missed. These items were on the quote, but not cleaned. They offered to come back and do that portion of the job for free, but I declined due to lack of trust at that point. Paid for the work that was completed and will be hiring a different cleaning company to finish the job and clean the soffit as well. Roof portions that were cleaned do look nice and they seemed to do fine on the barrel tile roof style.

Began with Andrew coming out to give me and neighbor an estimate. What sold me on safely Softwash was the price and his 5 year warranty. No one else who I contacted offered that. Free service, if any cleaning needs the first year. After that, if roof needs to be cleaned again, Andrew discounts the job for years 2-5, 50%. Andrew came today with another man and cleaned mine and my neighbors roof. They look brand new! If you are in need of roof or other house washing, call Andrew!

Highly recommend these folks. Professional, courteous, knowledgeable, friendly. We opted for a lot of work. Roof, exterior windows, screened patios (front/back) including screen cages, whole house, driveway and sidewalks. They arrived on time, made sure we knew what they were doing and made sure we were happy before leaving. Ethan and Aubrey were just a pleasure to work with and Andrew who came and gave us our estimate was amazing. We received a written quote with pictures. Pavers to be repaired and re-sealed. We meet the rep for this company for the bid. I believe it is the father of the gentleman that does the job. They are super nice but we were not pleased with three aspects of the work. One, we had requested the finish to be a shiny finish and were told he was getting a special finish he usually did not have for a shine. It was not shiny but we can live with that. The leveling of pavers in multiple areas was not done. We called him out about it and they did one small area after we insisted. Then they did not reseal that area so grass growing in it right by our entry walkway within 2 weeks. Within a short period of time grass growing in a lot of places in between pavers. I talked my husband into spending a lot of money to do this and you could not tell any benefit 2 months after. Nice men but felt like it was a waste of money....a lot of money. Picture is after I sprayed with weed killer the day before. They have good reviews and not sure what was the issue was but weeds should be a non issue for a long while after spending so much. Repairs not addressed either. Should have spoken up more at the time. Nice men but would not recommend for value of paver RE-seal.

We received cheaper estimates from other companies but when Andrew from Safely Softwash came out to give us a quote my husband was very impressed with the quality of work and attention to detail that he promised to deliver. Now that it’s done we are extremely pleased with the results. Our paved driveway looks like new again and so does the tile roof. In addition, the workmen did an excellent job protecting our plants and landscaping. We highly recommend this company.

Professional, punctual, efficient, courteous and conscientious! And they do great work! Aubrey and Leo beautified my driveway, front walkway, porch and screened-in lanai. A couple days after the work was finished, I noticed that one of my hard-to-reach pavers (partially seated under the screen of my back lanai) looked slightly dipped compared to the rest around it, I was bothered by it and, therefore, not 100% happy. I reached out to Andrew who responded very quickly, said it was no problem, he would take a look at it, and came out to my home the very next day. Andrew was very understanding, and after a little time, effort and patience, he was able to lift and fix that one paver to my total satisfaction. Now, ALL looks great! Safely Softwash was a pleasure to work with. The owner gave me an estimate and discussed the difference this product is compared to just power washing. The technicians were professional and friendly. My roof and house look great without the dangers power washing can have. 5 stars!!!

I should have not proceeded after they initially tried to charge me double for my house. Had a lot of other work, so I went ahead and had them come out. House was cleaned, but they didn’t bother to protect any of the landscaping, and now I have dead and damaged plants all along the front of the house. I truly regret ever doing business with this company.

The owner, Andrew, came to my home to assess exactly what we needed. Going that extra mile instead of a generic quote was great, and led to them also including a full clean of our white vinyl fence. The results look great!

Once I accepted the offer, we booked the service. On the day of service, I was contacted by Aubrey who informed me that the team was enroute. I wasn’t home at the time. When I arrived home, I was more than pleased with the results. I actually reached out to them to request an e-invoice to pay. Absolutely no hassles or pressure from this company.
