Shawn is very knowledgeable about pool care and uses high-quality equipment that really gets the job done well. Our community pool is surrounded by trees, so it collects a lot of leaves and debris. Shawn and Eugene went above and beyond by not only skimming all the leaves from the pool and vacuuming the bottom, but also blowing off the pool deck to keep the whole area tidy. We are very pleased with their thorough and professional pool cleaning service. When we need to resurface the concrete around our pool, this company will definitely be at the top of our list for quotes.

We had our pool built not too long ago with a Pebble Tech finish, but after just a few months, we noticed streaks and blotches forming that kept getting worse. The beautiful dark gray finish ended up turning almost white. After trying to get help from different companies involved in the process, the only solution offered was to resurface the pool for a high price, which we didn’t want to do. He brought large tile samples so we could see how they looked underwater and choose the right color for our pool. Even though the tile we chose was hard to get, Eugene went the extra mile and managed to find the exact tile we wanted right here in Florida. Once we made our final decision, the work began the very next day and was finished in under a week. David and the rest of the team were extremely professional and clearly had a lot of experience. They took great care to protect our patio and made sure the tile and grout were perfectly placed. After the project was done, they even polished the entire pool by hand, which really impressed us. Now, our pool looks absolutely stunning. The color changes beautifully with the sunlight, and the tiles feel great underfoot. My pool is almost two decades old and recently developed a leak near a jet at the bottom. Since my pool needed some overall attention, I decided to have it fully cleaned and refreshed instead of just patching the spot. There's also a grotto wall that dips below the waterline, and it was starting to crumble, but I wanted to keep its natural look. I was told by our pool technician that our pool needed to be replastered, so I reached out for a replaster estimate. When Jace came by to check it out, he explained that the plaster was actually still in great condition and suggested an acid wash instead, which was much more affordable and still gave us the results we wanted. I had already gotten three other bids for a full replaster, but Jace was the only one honest enough to say we didn’t need it yet. After Jace completed the acid wash, our pool looked amazing and so clean. I highly recommend Jace for any pool cleaning or maintenance work. He was very professional, trustworthy, and provided great service.
