Highly recommend. Very professional, good communication and quick service. We had 1 large tree and a few small trees removed with the stumps ground. Little to no damage to the lawn. All stumps/limbs hauled away.

Great people, very professional on time and price is reasonable, does great work, I would highly recommend them.
Cleaned up everything after the job, sawdust off the roof and gutter and raked where they had worked.
I will use them again.

Contacted John through his website, he was able to get me a quote in a couple days and came out the following week and was able to prune and canopy 3 of my trees that greatly needed it in preparation for hurricane season.

I arranged for John to come out and trim my Oak street tree a few days before Hurricane Irma. He came out and I told him I wanted the Oak to be thinned out all over including the upper limbs. I have had this done several times with other tree services (who were booked up) and each time it costs between $200-250 for a thorough job including haul away. John told me the tree didn't really need much - just elevate the canopy a little bit. This means he didn't want to spend the time to do the job properly. I'm sure he had plenty of "fish" to fry that day. He then proceeded to give me a pre-hurricane price-gouging estimate of $450.

The tree will probably now incur damage in the upcoming hurricane but I simply couldn't allow John to gouge me like this, just because he knew I was in need due to the upcoming hurricane. Maybe he is fair with customers when the demand isn't as high but he went for the jugular on me. Not cool. I give him one star for at least showing up.

JP Trees did a great job cutting back a large tree in our front yard. They were very careful to not cut too much that it would kill the tree. I don't know much about this so I kept asking 'can you trim a little more?' and they obliged up to the point they felt it would harm the tree and then they politely explained that to me. I appreciated that. Definitely recommend!

When high winds during a storm toppled a 30' tree near the side of our house, it fell across our neighbors front yard. We quickly went to the internet and found JP Trees & Landscaping LLC. Help was here in less than 30 minutes, and the job was completed in no time at all. Everything was cleaned up and we were charged a very reasonable price for the work. We are very thankful for this tree service and will surely call them again.

John has gone above and beyond to help care for my tree. When I have questions, he always responds quickly. He came highly recommended to me, and I can understand why. If you have large trees in your yard, this is the only guy you should call to help with his expertise.

I highly recommend Arborist John Freeman of JP Trees & Landscape. He uses safety climbing ropes and equipment to climb trees without damaging the trees and to keep his crew safe. I've used him for mistletoe removal in my Laurel Oak and structural pruning of my Live Oaks. His prices are fair compared to other ISA Certified Arborists. I would like to see him get his ISA Certification however.

Owner John Freeman is an outstanding arborist, a reliable businessman, and a person I trust. He diagnosed how two oaks were each headed toward splitting apart, and he took corrective action early enough to prevent the trees from self-destructing. John is also as pleasant a person as he is a hard worker. We are fortunate to have him.

I have used JP Trees twice and couldn't imagine hiring anyone else. They exemplify knowledge, experience, honesty, and efficiency. They helped us avoid unnecessary removals demanded by our insurance carrier. This was not in their financial interest but worked with the local jurisdiction to provide the information necessary to keep our beautiful oaks. We will be a forever customer.

John and his team removed a tree and large branch from another tree with a lot of challenges around them (fences, shed, slope, broken branch hanging over the neighbor's property, other tree branches in the way). They did it methodically and thoughtfully. They left the site properly raked. Everyone was courteous and so hard-working despite the summer heat. They will definitely remain my go-to tree care company.

John came out quickly on relatively short notice to help with some urgent trimming needs before the hurricane. He was very professional and did what he needed to do to protect my property short term and to ensure the health of the trees over the long run. Obviously, nothing can be guaranteed when a hurricane is involved, but I feel much better about my state of readiness now than I did a few hours ago!

While he was here, he also gave me an estimate for some less urgent work to be done after the hurricane passes. His price was in-line for what I expected from a professional tree service (which is what I wanted). He has the knowledge, expertise, and equipment needed to do the job right and do it safely. I'm sure I could get it done more cheaply from some random guy with a chain saw, but I would pay more over the long run by doing so.

I usually do not write reviews but JP Trees has a customer for life. Not only was the quote the best I recieved, the work that was done was exceptional. We had two trees in the front yard that needed a lot of work and they look amazing now. The staff is very friendly and knowledgable and very accommodating. I truly cannot praise then enough for the work they did and we will be calling them back in the future. I promise you if you have any tree work that needs to be done you will be beyond satisfied with the end result for a very affordable price.

John has been taking care of my trees and tall hedges for 4 years. His work is excellent as is his work ethic. He answers e mails quickly and makes timely contact for the regular maintenance the property demands. He is extremely knowledgeable and explains every job clearly. The large oaks he trimmed, thinned or cut years ago remain beautiful, strong and healthy. Likewise, the areas in which trees were removed are smooth and grassy. The difference his work has made in our yard is amazing. I highly recommend him.
