I used this service, and wow it was a great experience! Jacob and his crew took down a 45 foot dead palm that had been hit by lightening, that young man said I will drop it right here and he did it was amazing. I had his clean out a Laurel Oak which he did a great job, they cleaned up every branch and leave!! I depend on reviews when looking for services, believe me you will not regret hiring this company, just amazing, I have hired them for our 100 Oak tree for trimming, I have had other tree companies do work but they were too expensive and did not clean up, Drop Zone was on time, and did amazing work, following is my email should you need any additional comments, they are just amazing!!

Five stars. Jacob is absolutely phenomenal. Great communication. Very reasonable prices. If you’re looking to get those palm, fronds, trimmed or branches removed, and I highly highly highly recommend Drop Zone tree trimming. I will definitely be using them for any future needs. Jacob was professional and a pleasure to work with from start to finish. We had his Dropzone crew trim 2 large oaks and grind down numerous stumps. Jacob has a true interest in the health of the trees. They trimmed what they could without compromising the health of the trees. Jacob was excellent with communication and his prices were more than fair. I highly recommend Dropzone Tree Services.

Our son recommened Jacob to us after having him grind two huge stumps in his back yard. I sent a text to Jacob asking if he could come give us an estimate to have a camphor tree removed. He promptly responded.
He arrived on time and was very personable. We discussed several options. He offered to fell the tree while he was here for a very reasonable price. The tree was huge and close to the house. There was one spot the tree could land without damaging the house or out buildings and he nailed it! I highly recommend him should you be in need of a tree service. We will definitely seek his services if should we need future tree related work.

Phenomenal job from Jacob and the team from DropZone! They were incredibly fast, cleaned up everything, and priced lower than the other two quotes I received. I had Jacob come out to give me a quote to remove 4 large oaks, and grind the stumps, but still needed city approval. I received approval on a Friday and DZ were out on the following Tuesday. The had all 4 trees down and most of the debris cleaned up on that same day. Just had to return on the following day for a small bit that wouldn’t fit. Definitely recommend that you at least get an estimate if you need tree service or removal.

Probably the most professional and well spoken service that I've used for my landscape maintenance needs. DropZone was able to remove multiple palm trees and trim six oak trees in my backyard within a single day. And all at a reasonable price.

He was very responsive and professional, and checked in with me multiple times to make sure I was happy with the progress of the trimming. We had a large oak tree removed that was close to our house. We had heard in the neighborhood about this company in which we contacted Jacob. He was quick, attentive and personable with having him come out and provide an estimate.
Once we received approval from the HOA and City, Jacob and his team were out within the week. Did a great job at a very fair price. Great experience and will certainly use them again whenever we need something done in the future. Highly recommend.

In a word; FANTASTIC! Jacob was wonderful to work with; he responded to my calls and texts and was punctual for the initial meeting as well as the day of the job. Jacob quoted us very fair pricing and was able to fit us into his schedule (very last minute); seeing how urgent our work was. His work & clean-up was spectacular. I was not on site on the day of the job, but he was very communicative with texts & pictures. All & all, very professional experience with Drop Zone.
