Jacob and his team have been supporting our home for the past 5 years. He runs an honest, hard-working, and quality small business that is the best of the best! In addition to taking down trees, trimming them and grinding stumps for us, the thing that sets him apart is that he is truly concerned about his customers, and their trees! After our last hurricane, Jacob drove past his customers homes in our neighborhood just to check on us... but found a tree down across the street (NOT near a customer) -- he proceeded to clear the road just because he was there and wanted to help! Truly one of the 'good guys' out there!

We've used DropZone for a few years. Jacob is highly knowledgeable and always provides excellent advice. His service is fairly priced and nothing but the highest quality. He's not just a guy that owns a chainsaw - he's a guy that truly cares about his work and customer satisfaction.

We used Jacob from Drop Zone to trim our oak tree in June 2023. Jacob was prompt, professional, personable, very knowledgeable, safe in his approach to the work, did a great job cleaning up and was very reasonably priced. I have recommended him to friends and will be calling upon him this summer to trim the oak once again and address a few other trimming needs in my yard.

Jacob and his team are amazing. Quality work at a fair price. Dropzone are my go-to team for tree work. No job is too big or too small for them and I know it first hand. I’ve used them to safely remove large trees close to my home and also manicure and maintain my other trees. If you’re looking for tree work look no further than Jacob and Dropzone, you won’t be disappointed.

Jacob and his crew are very professional and experienced. They've done a few jobs for me over the years including large tree removal (well over 50' tall), close to power lines and surrounding homes with no issues at all. I'd give them 10 stars if I could.

Update 10-29-25: Jacob and his crew did another big job for me today, and they're still the best in town. Central Florida is lucky to have their experience, knowledge, and professionalism.

I hired Jacob to remove 8 high risk oak trees in my front and back yard that have been growing over my roof for years. He was willing to work with me on a budget and cut me a break to leave larger stumps. He is very professional, personable, and knowledgeable when it comes to his line of work. He did a fantastic job with the removal and cleanup. There was no damage to my roof or property. I highly recommend his services to anyone who needs tree work!

Highly recommend! Drop Zone did a fantastic job on our large live oak that had been very neglected prior to us purchasing the property. They listened to all my concerns, were very good about communicating when it came to scheduling the work, and the arborist was very knowledgeable. They really care about keeping your trees healthy, which was very important to me with this big old oak. They were also very reasonably priced and hauled everything away. Definitely hire them for your tree trimming!

So glad I called DropZone to drop our tree. Jacob was very professional, prompt and knowlegable about the condition of my hugh oak tree that had died. There was a very limited area to drop the tree parts, and lots of them, but Jacob did it with great skill and no damage! I highly recommend DropZone for any of your tree removal needs. 5 stars! I can’t say enough good things about DropZone tree service and Jacob. We had a large oak tree whose roots were starting to damage and lift our driveway, and they came out quickly, explained everything clearly, and got to work right away. He cut and removed the problem roots carefully and professionally, making sure the tree and surrounding area were protected as much as possible.

DropZone are the ultimate professionals; they're extremely proficient and efficient! We bought a house That the prior owner neglected the landscape.DropZone came in and pruned up 100 year-old oak tree, removed a massive Bougainvillea bush suffocating, a five story, pine tree and cleared the backyard of brush. that was they identified a cherry Laurel that was about to fall and then removed it, they did a fantastic job, very professional and very quick. They really improved the value of our property.
