Personal customer service is perfect. Pricing is fair. They responded quickly to all my questions, friendly, and conscientious. I had 3 rugs cleaned and when finished, they looked like new! I will use them again and recommend them.

First Impressions recently cleaned three of our antique hand knotted rugs and did the most beautiful job with great care. I was so impressed with the process, care and concern, not to mention delivery and scheduling. A special thank you to the young man that cleaned these rugs with such care and knowledge. Kurt and Kim were so great to work with, and their technician did a phenomenal job cleaning our carpet and our outdoor Sunbrella fabric sectional couch. The outdoor couch looks brand new!

They also cleaned a wool area rug from Istanbul. When we brought the rug home, I could hardly recognize it because it was so clean. The colors were vibrant again, and all of the details showed through.

Highly recommend their services and will be scheduling regular cleanings in the future.

First Impressions did a wonderful job with my recent clean. They are extremely responsive, fast and friendly. We have cats and Aaron being a cat parent himself was very experienced with handling our major concerned areas with our rugs. He was passionate, considerate and very professional. He was our service provider several years ago when we needed carpet cleaning and he remembered so much about the needs of our home. It was a pleasure to work with him and the First Impressions team again, and they are the only ones I’ll call for carpet and rug cleaning.

The team at 1st Impressions made my 2 area rugs look new again!! They even repaired the corners that had become tattered from wear and vacuuming.
When I was trying to schedule the cleaning, Kurt called to offer a pick-up while in the area, at a reduced rate. Damitris came for the pick up and was personable and thorough. The man is very knowledgeable and skilled at what he does!! I’m very pleased with their service overall! You won’t be disappointed if you choose 1st Impressions to clean and repair your area rugs!

Excellent job - I had a very large rug that had never been cleaned (only vacuumed) in 16 years. Now it looks brand new! Also, it was a difficult job because I had a very heavy granite coffee table and they were able to move it to get the rug out and then put it back. I still don’t know how they did it. Super strong guys!! Highly recommend this company!

Great service - they got all the makeup stains out of my daughter's carpet and really worked at cleaning/deodorizing pet stains. Very pleased with the results. Super friendly, and professional.

Had the 1st and best experience in cleaning a rug. Big and heavy rug. I was thinking to buy a new one and recycle the old one. I decide to give it a try to a company who cleans them. Very professional. Have hooked wool rugs that are irreplaceable. I have always been hesitant to have them professionally cleaned, but Kurt convinced me he could do the job. They came within a day of talking to him to pickup the rugs, and they came back to me 2 weeks later looking fantastic. Prices were reasonable, results were outstanding. I encourage anyone to use First Impressions!

I had First Impressions just clean two of my good wool rugs that get a ton of traffic. Kurt came out quickly, explained the process thoroughly and my rugs came out BEAUTIFUL! They look brand new.
