I recently purchased a “new” rug from a big box furniture store. It showed up filthy. We couldn’t return it. Then my new puppy decided the rug was a bathroom. I tried to clean it myself and pretty much thought the $1000 rug was ruined. Then my wife found First impressions. From the start the interaction was professional and the fees were transparent. We agreed on a price to clean the rug with the expectation set that the rug would probably have some discoloration from my attempts to clean it. Well we got the rug back and it is the best it has ever looked. Thank you Kurt and crew! I appreciate you!
