This family-owned company was recommended to us by others in our community. Our technician was Damitris and we’re so please that he was assigned to us and we will definitely request him for any future cleanings. Our carpets looked better after this cleaning than they had after they were cleaned 3 years ago (by a different company). Damitris explained his process and worked thoroughly and with obvious pride in his work. I loved that he vacuumed the carpets before he began cleaning. He was a pleasure to deal with and we enjoyed having him in our home. It was very easy to schedule via text and communication was great between me and the office. First impressions was amazing I have a large off white sectional that was gray and quite dirty from years of use. Dametrius came and gave us better than excellent customer service and also did an amazing job on our sofa. He cleaned my sofa meticulously and I was truly shocked at how my sofa looks. Request Dametrius you will not regret it. First impressions was recommended to me and I to will recommend them to others.

A delivery man tracked paint onto our brand new carpet. It took a few months for the company to pay us for the damage. First Impressions was able to get the stain out. It looks like new. 😀 The pictures show before and after.
