This is the second time I’ve had MTK come out and it’s been stellar service every time. I highly recommend them! Stewart has been my tech both times and he’s the best!

John and Tammy are both incredibly friendly, down-to-earth people who know their field incredibly well. They are always happy to assist, a pleasure to talk to, and even go above and beyond. John joined the crew himself at my home to make sure the job got done same-day, even though there was a lot of work to be done.

John did an excellent job installing a whole house surge protector. He was on time, friendly and efficiently installed the whole house surge protector which saved me overall money instead of going through my electricity provider! I can only recommend this company.

I was remodeling my Kitchen due to a flood and needed some electrical repairs. MTK worked on many issues as well as adding some under and over the counter track lighting which I absolutely love. MTK always
showed up on time and always conducted themselves in a very professional manner, if they were not personally happy with with what they had done they would stay as long as it took to get it right. This is a local family-owned business where the wife, Tammy runs the office and her husband, John along with Stew do all the electrical work. From the initial phone call to their prompt response and resolution of our simple electrical issue, the service was top notch. We had a simple issue that came up in a home inspection that the Buyer wanted repaired before the closing. John and Stew were on the job the very next day after I called and completed the work in a professional manner. John even took the time to explain why this was an issue and how the building codes have changed over the years which require different installation methods which I was unaware of. I have worked in the construction project management field for many years and I feel very comfortable recommending this company for your electrical needs.

Friendly, quick, and reliable! Came out same day, fixed two of our electrical issues - furnished and installed a surge protector and whip for our pool pump. Will definitely be using again for any home electrical needs.

Contacted MTK Electric to change out the lighting in our master closet to LED directionals and install outlets. John and crew did an excellent and professional job. Our closet organizer contractor required an additional outlet to be installed and they came back to do the work. I would recommend MTK Electric.

Palmer Electric Company did an outstanding job replacing our Federal Pacific Electric (FPE) electrical panels. Their workers, John R and Alonzo A, are extraordinary. They knew exactly what to do and did it very professionally. Palmer is fortunate to have such competent employees. I will definitely use Palmer Electric again if I need electrical services.

I have had a recurring issue with a breaker for 5 years. I've had several electricians fail to fix it. I had two ridiculously expensive estimates to do more work than necessary to fix the issue. Bob from Palmer Electric quickly identified and fixed the cause of the tripping circuit for a small fraction of the previous estimates. Honest, reliable and fair pricing. I highly recommend Palmer Electric.

Want to just let folks know that Wil Reddick did a great job walking me through a diagnosis over the phone and helped me get the power back on in my home. . His knowledge and coaching no doubt saved me hundreds of dollars with no service call needed. I would highly recommend this company for your service, repair, and electric needs!

I work and refer to Palmer Electric for a long time. Friday, Oct 21st I did call requesting a possible change of the electrical panel at a property that I'm selling, for my surprise the lady that answers my call when found out I'm a Realtor, immediately reply that Palmer Electric no longer work with a Realtors because Realtors call for estimates and don't do the work. In 20 years of working as a Realtor, I never had this issue before. I'd like to make sure the management of Palmer Electric is aware of this incident and re-analyze this discrimination as they are an excellent company.

I was having issues with my electrical panel to the point where it started to sizzle. I immediately put in a work order to get the situation resolved. The very next day Palmer Electric Company sent an electrician to take care of the issue. Will was very punctual and ready to work. I was very pleased to have Will be the one to service our electrical panel, he was extremely nice and professional and paid attention to detail. Will knew exactly what needed to be done to resolve the issue, even took a look at my dryer outlet which needed some work and helped me fix it. Next time i need a service technician i'll definitely be asking for Will.

If we could give them 10 stars We would. We first called several other companies and were unhappy with their quotes and lack of professionalism. We called Palmer to fix what we knew was a simple GFI problem. Gene came and was so good and honest. It was nice to have someone explain to me what was causing the issue, not just try to confuse me and charge me a lot of money. He did such a great job I asked for a quote on running power and putting in a fan and outlet on our patio. He took the time to test things and figure out how it would need to be installed (properly), so there were no surprises on the day of install. I am literally thrilled with how everything turned out. They made everything as simple and painless as possible.

From beginning of service to end, they were kind, efficient and helpful. My electrician Thomas V. was the absolute best! He even took the time to answer all of my random questions. Thank you Palmer & Thomas for a job well done 👏

We needed a wall outlet looked at so we contacted Palmer Electric. The electrician who came out, “Will”, was amazing. So knowledgeable, assured us that he could take care of it and did so in short order. And we thought the price was very reasonable for the work he did.

My first thought was, are you kidding me right now?! They are so thorough, helpful and totally gave me peace of mind right off the bat. Thank you Will R. and Alonzo!! They handled the debacle of my electrical situation in my kitchen with care and knowledge of all things electrical. Pretty much nothing was up to code. Then when the bill came, I was pleasantly surprised. I chose Palmer Electric due to their reviews here and so very glad I did.
