Great experience with Jose! He did a thorough job very quickly and for a fair price!

We needed extensive yard maintenance, tree trimming, hedge clipping and overgrowth removal from my father's house to get it ready for sale. Jose came to the house and walked around the property while I showed him exactly what i needed. Before giving me an estimate, he went with me around the property and repeated his understanding of my needs. He gave me a quote that I felt was more than reasonable. When I asked him when he and his crew could do the work, he told me that if I wanted, he and his crew could get to work immediately. This pleased me immensely. Jose and his crew got to work immediately. Jose even called another crew member to the site so the job could get done quicker After completing the work, he took me around the property to make sure I was satisfied with the work. Not only did he do everything I asked, his crew went ABOVE AND BEYOND what I requested. They cleaned up after themselves and HAULED AWAY ALL THE DEBRIS! They even hauled away the yard debris left behind by another contractor. I was so pleased with their work that I willingly and without being asked paid Jose and his crew more than Jose quoted me. GOODBYE JUNK saved me and my sons an immense amount of work and headaches and his work undoubtedly increased the curb appeal and value of the property. I would wholeheartedly recommend Jose and GOODBYE JUNK to anybody who needs this type of service. I only gave Jose and GOODBYE JUNK a 5 star rating only because there was no way to give a higher rating!

We contacted Jose for a full 1 bed 1 bath apartment clean out. The place was still very messy and we were unsure if they would be able to clean out the place, however they were able to clean out the entire apartment within a couple of hours, and at a very reasonable price! We highly recommend their services, and will definitely be coming back to them in the future if we need junk removal.

We were in the process of gutting our bathroom today and knew I needed to have a lot of construction material removed. I called first thing in the morning and spoke to Jose. Thorough, professional, and willing to go the extra mile. I hired Goodbye Junk Removal and Trash Hauling to clear out a home that had accumulated a lot of junk and clutter over the years. They provided me a reasonable and fair quote, showed up early in the morning when they said they would, and brought out a team that cleared out a lot of junk and clutter under very difficult conditions. They remained steadfast, thorough, and kept a great attitude whenever there were last minute additions and adjustments with respect to what was to be hauled. They even took the time to help me rearrange some furniture and a heavy freezer to improve the aesthetics after a large amount of junk was removed. I could not be more happy with the service I received today. I saw my HOA out taking pictures of my unkept palm tree this morning and knew a violation was going to come my way. I decided to be proactive and one step ahead of them by calling Goodbye Junk right away as I have seen various neighbors use them. The process was very straightforward: I called to schedule an appointment to get a quote, and he came the next day to give me a reasonable price. I just received Junk Removal services from Jose and his son Jared. Not only were they both extremely helpful with quoting pricing for the removal of my old couch and mattresses, but they were also willing to work with me due to being on a tight budget.
